「ふへんいし」は、文字通りの「普遍性のある石」を意味する言葉としては一般的ではありませんが、「普遍性（ふへんせい）」と「石（いし）」、あるいは「磯（いそ）」や「石（いし）」の漢字を組み合わせた言葉として解釈できます。﻿
「普遍性（ふへんせい）」:すべてのものに通じる性質や、広くすべての事柄に当てはまる性質を指します。﻿
「石（いし）」:鉱物のかたまりや、岩を指す言葉です。﻿
「磯（いそ）」:漢字では「磯」と書くことが多く、「いそ」と読みます。陸と海の境にある岩石地帯を指します。﻿
「ふへんいし」という言葉自体が指す明確なものは存在しませんが、文脈によって意味が変わる可能性があります。例えば、「普遍的なもの」として扱われるような「石」や、特定の場所を指す「磯（いそ）」に関連する言葉かもしれません。
