I've played guitar for about 10 years and I've been writing and composing for about 4. I guess you could call me a starving artist, I've just never thought of it that way. To me music is the only thing I have ever considered for a career. I am very open to collaborations, I am a very good composer and although I may not understand the written form of music, I get it on a deeper level. To me its not a note I'm playing, or a chord I'm strumming. Its a way to convey an emotion or a thought thats been running around in your head.
