Hello! I'm an actor, writer, storyteller, and teaching artist focused largely on work that strips away shame and stigma to create empathy and social change. I'm a contributor to the Risk! podcast (www.risk-show.com), the midwest instructor for The Story Studio (https://thestorystudio.org), and the producer of Story Club Minneapolis (www.facebook.com/storyclubminneapolis), a half-curated, half-open mic storytelling show that happens once a month at Minneapolis's Bryant-Lake Bowl. I've performed my autobiographical solo plays and long-form stories all over the US and Canada, as stand-alone pieces, or paired with classes and workshops that I teach; I also develop performances and residencies tailored specifically to the needs of schools, communities and organizations, and I coach narrative artists of all kinds, in person or via technology.
