Tonewulf music uses lush layers of guitars, synthesizers, and archival audio, and blends these sounds with layers of saturated visual media. Tonewulf music engages with mixed and spliced bits of chaos, downtempo beats, analogue rhythms, gloriously glitched visuals, and the gaping spiritual heave of breath in the lungs when the waves crash in.

Hey there! I’m Phil Dutton, a music enthusiast, producer, composer, and singer from the UK. Alongside my long-time song writing partner, Les Corlett (who’s also an incredible vocalist—check out our older Caroda material!), we’re thrilled to have you here.

Our latest album, ‘BLACK ICE’ is now up on Soundcloud. It’s our sixth album in the last 20 months, and we’re genuinely proud of the tracks we’ve crafted together. We create all our music at home using Cakewalk on a trusty PC. I compose the songs, play all the instruments then record, mix and master them, Les sends me his incredible lyrics. between us we have written and produced hundreds of songs over the years. This is just the last couple of years worth.

Dirk M. aka DJ Sounds was born in Berlin, Germany. He is hard of hearing. At a young age, label owner Dirk M. discovered the urge to discover the fascinating possibilities of techno music. In usual clubs he quickly learned the craft of fire from music and developed his own style with clear sound and driving bass.
He likes all kinds of electronic music like techno, old school techno and electro. From 2010 he started music production. In 2011, he released his music under the artist name DJ Sounds on his own label: Bass Sounds Records. He published his first reference and today has over 100 tracks on the market. I am constantly motivated to develop myself further and to operate the music production with pure joy and enthusiasm. His experience as a DJ is crucial for every track.
