Dream Wisely is a British DJ / Producer with a touring history in over 50 cities worldwide. He’s held DJ residencies across the world for a wide selection of luxury hotel lounge bars, beach clubs, and high-end nightclubs. Larger one-off events have seen him perform to stadium crowds of over 6000 people, alongside artists as diverse as Calvin Harris & Paul Weller.

Hier könnte eine typische Biografie stehen. Ist aber nicht so. Ich habe keine Schallplattensammlung geerbt. Meine Eltern waren keine Musiker. Ich habe nie ein Instrument gespielt. Ich habe nie produziert. Ich habe kein Label. Ich habe keine Booking-Agentur. Ich bin kein DJ. Ich liebe Musik und empfehle sie weiter. Ich erzähle damit auch gerne eigene Geschichten. Musik sagt mehr als tausend Worte. Sie soll mich nicht reich machen. Und nicht berühmt. Nur glücklich. Das ist alles. Und das ist auch gut so.

Sacha mixes different styles and genres together during his sets (Anything from 30s Swing Jazz to the latest remixes, obscurities to well known Classics). Sacha adapts his set for each new occasion. 

That said, Sacha is reputed for being one of the pioneers and specialists of Balkan Gypsy, Electro Swing and Global Beats djing in the UK. He co-founded and was the resident DJ of “Stranger than Paradise”, the legendary 16 year running Gypsy Burlesque monthly event. Sacha now holds residencies at El Pastor, Casa / Plaza Pastor and at the Magic Garden.

His mix "(S)winging it" is in the Top 3 most played Electro Swing mixes on Soundcloud, with over a million plays now.

He has performed at events like the Electro Swing Club (Paris), Electro Swing Revolution (Berlin), Electro Swing River (Prague), White Mink (London), Party like Gatsby (Copenhagen), Rumpus, Secret Cinema, Morning Gloryville, Goulash Disko, Anti-Tapas, White Mischief, Movimientos, Small World NYE and the London Burlesque Festival. 

Sacha has shared the bill with the biggest acts in his field, artists like Caravan Palace, Parov Stelar, Caro Emerald, Fanfare Ciocarlia, Boban Markovic, Shantel, Balkan Beat Box, Mahala Rai Banda, Bart & Baker, DJ Click, Amsterdam Klezmer Band, Dunkelbunt, Eugene Hutz (Gogol Bordello), Ivo Papasov. But also Seun Kuti, Roots Manuva, Dandy Warhols, Miss Dynamite, Trojan Sound System, Jerry Dammers (The Specials), The Correspondents and General Elektriks.

Occasionally, Sacha organises events too like the Balkan Brass Battle (Fanfare Ciocarlia vs Boban Markovic) after party at the Komedia, Brighton and the Gogol Bordello after party with Eugene Hutz djing.

Other gigs of note include: Djing for the BBC3 World Music Awards after party at the Barbican, the Cuban Music Awards and the Balkan Fever Festival. 

Sacha’s International bookings have taken him to Berlin, Prague, Dublin, Valencia, Segovia, Madrid, Rome, Milan, Genova, Ariano Irpino, Brussels, Split and Komiza (Croatia) and Salzburg.

Originally from Lincolnshire, Jamie found a musical home for the past six years in Leeds; with his main focus on honing 20s and 30s swing influences into House and Electro genres.
Jamie Berry is recognized for his musical couplet of shuffling modern beats and vintage swing sounds. His idiosyncratic sound piques your interest while his heavier wobble bass pushes things up a gear or two, continuously drawing people back to his music.
In only four short years, Jamie has made himself a popular name on this circuit, boasting home-grown tours in the UK – Beat-Herder Festival and Boom-Town Festival - and around the world, including regular dates in Germany, France, Belgium, Switzerland, Austria, and Canada.

The Electric Swing Circus is a 6-piece fusion of saucy 20′s swing and stomping electro beats. With an explosive sound that reverberates back through time, the ESC hotfoot their way through everything from breakbeat and house to reggae and dubstep, all with their own unique style of swing.

A full time, touring band on the international circuit, the ESC’s live set includes electric double bass, vintage samples, gypsy-jazz guitar, keys, drums, synths and electro beats. Fronted by a sassy female double-act, the ESC delivers a consistently dazzling show. Their debut, self-titled album is available now on Ragtime Records.

The ESC line-up features Laura Louise and Bridget Walsh (vocals), Chandra Walker (drums and keyboard), Tom Hyland (guitar), Rashad Gregory (synth, sampling and programming) and Patrick Wreford (bass & bass synth). 

The band first formed in June 2011, with their preview EP, Penniless Optimist, released in September 2011. Their eponymous debut album “Electric Swing Circus” was released in May 2013. New music is in the works for 2014!

Ladies and Gentlemen, hold onto your hats. The circus is coming to town!
