So, it's been around a year since we had the single 'Twenty Five Joints' and that's the first preview of this great journey. When i spoke with him in mid 2019 he told me his process about making beats. Since his time is very limited during the days he spends in Los Angeles he's managed to come up very unique ways of getting his workflow to align with other stuff. The SP-404 is carried around to a lot of different places, there's spots all around the city for him to create music & get inspiration from.

When you're listening to his beats, there's a lot of different moods you can feel, he will bring you both happy & melancholic vibes in a matter of seconds.

The album 'Waahiid's Deli' has been made with full focus, there's a new chapter coming along from the great producer and i would say this one you're hearing is the first episode. I don't wanna throw shade at the previous releases but when i've been speaking with Waahiid he says this is the start of something else, and he's feeling very inspired to see where his sound can take him.

I had a long discussion yesterday about different moods, and one thing he said, is that a lot of people doesn't know the atmosphere there. It always isn't that hollywood type of life - it can be real gritty and dirty. When he said this, i could actually apply this type of vision to the album.
