THE STORY BEHIND 18 Y/O SINGER AND PERFORMER SARON ABRAHAM HAS TOUCHED THE HEARTS OF MANY.

At age seven Saron became an orphan in her African birth country and was raised by a friend of her mother. In order to provide Saron with a better future this woman helped her sell all her mothers belongings and bought a ticket to the north, Sweden.

Saron is just like any other eighteen-year-old with one huge exception, when her class-mates think about the next paper to submit, Saron thinks about the risk of her being sent back to a country where she knows no-one and has nothing.

– Before I came to Sweden I had only seen snow on the TV, Saron says and laughs at the memory.

– My wish now is that the authorities will listen to my plead and when the snow falls I'll still be here. Sweden is my home now.

The first single “Strong Like A Lion” was released on September 19th 2014 and was written by Maria Marcus, Pontus Frisk, Pierre Toftgård and Clare Reynolds.

Well renowned producer and managing director of Ninetone Records Patrik Frisk comments on the news that they have started working with Saron.

- The reputation of her voice has preceded her but I have not had the opportunity to work with her until here departure from Swedish Idol. Saron has an unique expression and an unique voice. I am fascinated by her strength as a person and her great capacity as an aspiring artist. “Strong Like A Lion” felt like a statement with regards to the situation she is currently in.

Now she's continuing her journey through the release of her second single 'I Gave You My Life', released in early 2015.
