SML Movie: Jeffy's Endless Aethos!, often shortened down to just Jeffy's Endless Aethos! or just Aethos, is an upcoming mod created by Slingmingo, komsmatik, and trolmongus. It is partially based on the SML wiki with a few creative liberties. Jeffy drinks an eight ball of coke, and is possessed by an entity that transcends time and space. The mod was released on April 3rd 2024. V2 was planned to include more SML-themed horror content, including more characters, songs based on creepypastas and more.

The mod was released with Slingmingo hiding under the alias of jeffyfansml99, and komsmatik under the alias of sveltepathos90. On May 21st 2024, it was revealed that jeffyfansml99 was actually Slingmingo, due to a Soundcloud mobile link identifying jeffyfansml99 and Slingmingo as the same person. Slingmingo denied this at first, but eventually confessed. When this was revealed, many devs left the mod, as well as the mod losing a majority of its reputation due to Slingmingo's several controversies in the past. This led to the mod's first cancellation. Some of the mod's V2 content was going to be repurposed for its sister mod, Funks Logan!, but that mod was later canned as well. On June 11, 2024, Sling teased that Aethos was being officially revived, with some of the original developers as well as new ones. But the mod got canceled again on 30th of June, 2024, confirmed by Sling himself multiple times[4][5] due to not having a desire to keep it going.

The mod was later confirmed to be revived again on July 26th, 2024, and would've been a one-shot of Aethos akin to V1, scrapping the other planned content for the mod. This was short lived, as the one-shot was soon cancelled, and a "Definitive Version" of V2 is in the works, recycling assets from former developers without their authorization.
