The Miami-based DJ has recently lain shed a new party series with Jonny From Space and True Vince called Objects Don’t Dance which stemmed from a monthly radio show on Klangbox Radio. They kicked off the series with an all-night-long b2b True Vine and have also booked the likes of Sepher, Mozhgan, Peach and Aurora Halal. Sister System is also affiliated with Floyd, Space, III Points and Omnidisc.

Solid Steel (18th May) Our guests this week are rRoxymore and Solid Blake who feature on the new “Modeselektion Vol. 04” compilation which is out on 1st June 2018 via Monkeytown Records x Ninja Tune. It features 17 exclusive tracks including the first new Modeselektor production since 2015 (a wild acid techno track ‘Kalif Storch’ - named after the nightclub of the same name in Erfurt, Germany) as well as tracks from exciting upstarts such as Skee Mask and Sarah Farina to exalted visionaries Peder Mannerfelt, Vatican Shadow and Actress.

In Hour 1 it's rRoxymore who has just released an EP "Thoughts of an Introvert pt2" out on "Don't Be Afraid" and is flying out next week to Sao Paulo to play live for a special Boiler Room session (23.05) that she have helped curate.  The event it is part of a collaborative project with Brasilian band Teto Preto. About the mix she told us;
"Nothing special , that the mix reflects what I'm playing during the Modeselektion gigs and also what I have been playing lately"

Favouring the ravey side of techno, broken rhythms, low-swung electro and breakbeat, London-based Sybil turns in the the latest contribution to our mix series. 

Sybil is a founding member of the collective SIREN, a collection of DJs, artists with aims to “challenge and re-define current preconceptions within dance music.” Cutting her teeth on pivotal parties in the capital and beyond, Sybil drives to play hard and fast injected with an evident shot of fun. 

Easing us into the mix with explorative percussive tracks before rolling into moodier and heavier spacey electro and techno, buckle in for an hour-long sonic trip.
