After visiting Sri Lanka three years ago I was inspired to make this track, the chords are loosely based on the great song "A primeira vista" by Chico Cesar. Hope you enjoy it .-*

PS.: This time the "mastering" is done by myself with some dedicated tools - but not too much knowledge and no proper room, so I hope it's good enough. If soundquality is a problem, please drop me a message, maybe I can get some mastering engineer to level up the track :)

Canadian treasure Patrick Perez returns to PHW once again, but this time he’s our guide on our deep division, PHW Elements where he makes his first appearance with the wonderful deep and techno-ish progressive monster “Coriolanus”. This is a phenomenal production that we have been dying to get out to all of our fans and followers, as it has an amazing feel created. With awesome melodic hooks and driving elements, feel good acid feels and somehow a great retro feel, the forward thinking Canadian delivers a super production seeing daylight now.

On remix duty, we have a phenomenal line-up that would make any decent lover of the deeper side of progressive wet.

First out is the Finn sensation and someone being a stellar figure on the scene, we of course talk about the sensational Tommi Oskari. Being a force on major labels such as Erik Pettersson’s Lowbit Records, Balkan Connection, CHANGE AUDIO as well as Cid Inc’s monster label Replug in the past, we feel truly honored to include him on our PHW Elements roster.  As always you are to get some amazing soundscapes from the rare talent based in Helsinki. With the main melody kept and building on new percussion ideas and superb grooves, he gives us one with a great underground feel here so ready to rock your crowds.

The 2nd remix comes from one of UK’s finest, and one we had a musical crush on for ages and it is with great pleasure that we see Chris Johnson joining us on our label. With releases in the past through great sources such as Axon, Particles as well as Lowbit Records, he has proven his skills. With a really deep and driving interpretation created here, lead by the full artillery of percussion and dark textures, he puts on an absolute monster production for us here, and we couldn’t be happier than this, to have Chris with us.

The remix closing this fine package comes from an artist that also have impressed us over a long a spell, as we have the great pleasure to bring on the Hungarian ace Tomek on Elements. With his classy sound design and one that always takes his time to create really groovy tracks, we of course being having a big smile on our face for as long as we known he would take on Patrick’s superb original and recreate it his way. The outcome is fair to say another intelligent production from the rising producer from the small town of Hegyeshalom in the western of Hungary. With pounding kicks, deep bass lines and the original melody kept, he once again means business as he bring on a quality rework to ll of you to enjoy.

We are truly happy to include all of these artists, and we do hope this is music that you would want to support, we love them all!

It’s time for one that we have been dying to get out to all of you, as we today bring on a release that bring on what PHW Elements is all about, awesome producers and friendly people and we feel we got it all covered with the guys delivering the release this week. 

On original duty we welcome back another collaboration to the label, as we bring on the vibes of Melbourne, Australia and some of the best producers from down under when it comes to progressive music. This week we have the excellent matty Doyle back with his Matter alias that he’s been creating with his good friend, Universal Harmonics. This beauty, baptized as “Acacia” is a truly warm and melody driven production. It has all the great flavours involved, and we are as said, delighted to bring this on to the PHW Elements roster. 

On remix duty, we see another true underground artist returning to us as another Melbourne bound producer returns to us. The always friendly Gavin Griffin aka GMJ bring on his musical skills as he’s been using his creativity and delivers not one but two different version to the release. With his exceptional skills with building tension and atmosphere with his lovely ear for breathtaking pads and bass lines, he once again nails it for us. With a deep plethora of sounds, he is definitely bringing on all his qualities that we so often see and hear from him, and this is no exception.

We also have the pleasure to have a long time favorite back with us on the label, as Argentine producer Federico Monachesi follow up his brilliant “Ikhet" release with a majestic retake here of “Acacia”. Federico, that been a major player on the scene for about a decade now, delivers in full flare with his interpretation and bring on all his skills to build a new striking production. It is full of warm and driving elements, a good use of the vocal add and everything in between and we feel he express himself once more in a delicious way. 

Make sure to not miss out on this lovely little gem, we are as always truly happy and honored to being able to release top class artists together with us. Thanks guys for being major players on PHW Elements!

"Der „Überbringer" stammt aus einer Schaffensperiode Anfang des Jahres 2019, welche letztendlich in drei Releases gemündet ist. Dieser Song aber war immer nur ein Kopie von etwas besserem. Als ich dann von Isabeau Fort bei einer Partie Eis in diesem Spätsommer von der Afterhour-Compilation gehört hatte, habe ich mich entschieden, mich dafür noch einmal an diesen Track zu wagen. Ich habe dann alle Ungenauigkeiten über Bord geworfen, mich in den Bässen wieder mehr an meiner „Verbrennungsmotor"-Ep orientiert und meine schon eingesungene Stimme mit einer warmen Synthie-Line untermalt. Plötzlich war die Sache stimmig und ich bin total glücklich mit dem Resultat."
