CSQ: Tell us a bit about your local techno scene. How has it shaped you as an artist?

Niox: My local techno scene really showed me the amount of passion that you can feel for music. Although it is a small scene, local collectives taught me how to connect my emotions with music and turn it into a place of art, creativity and peace. Through this scene I discovered that music is how I feel most connected to myself and my emotions and in this way I have expressed them through dark and nostalgic sounds.

CSQ: Would you like to share anything with the listeners about the set?

Niox: This is my second set of hard industrial and the track selection includes many artists that since the beginning their music really means a lot to me because I can feel so much inspiration and all the love that I have for this genre and for the scene in general increases because of what they created. In my set you can find dark sounds with melodies and vocals inspired by another of the art forms that I love which is cinema.

CSQ: How does the set reflect the development of your style and your DJing since you started?

Niox: This set reflects that my style is to express sounds that are strong, dark but at the same time melodious and nostalgic. The evolution from my first set to this one reflects that I like the variety of sounds from vocals, screams and strong melodies.

AVCI, UK based Turkish hard/industrial techno DJ&Producer. He released many albums from labels like Sacred Court, HEX, Obscuur, Vast Perception, Kibernet Kriminalitat and Insane Industry. In 2021, he co-founded a hard techno record label and community named 'PEAK 34'. In 2024, after moving to London he made his London Debut with HEX London at E1, Russia Debut at Blank Club and Madrid debut with Underhell.
   
    He shared the same stage with SNTS, I Hate Models, 999999999, DAX J, TRYM, Lorenzo Raganzini, Paolo Ferrara, Rikhter, Charlie Sparks and many more.. 

    AVCI makes a difference with the bravery in his productions and DJ performances through high tempos and unique low frequency usages. Loves to create true compositions, scenarios and cinematic dark atmospheres in his sets.
