Bruno Mars - Locked Out Of Heaven (Major Lazer Remix)

As if Coyu hasn't given Skint enough with his 2011 floor filler remix of “X-Press 2 - Muzik Xpress”, he's back again to pay homage to one of the greatest and most celebrated Skint releases of all time. Fatboy Slim - Right Here, Right Now. 

Coyu takes the iconic string / sitar loop, laces it with a shimmering hi-hat rhythm over a pounding kick drum and punctuates it with choral stabs, to create a funked up club banger that manages to retain all the drama of the original. Take that dance floor; see if you can better this. Hands will be lifted, feet will be stomped and parties will peak. 

Can anyone contain the possibilities of this track? We don't think so. It's stamped its place in dance music history and who better to reaffirm its position than Suara boss man, Coyu.

Simon Bassline Smith -  Phoenix Studio Mix 1993

One of the most influential late 80s recording for me constructed mainly from samples. Genius work and a lot of effort put in this translated in a Grammy nomination in 1989. 
I always wanted to prolong the main theme and turn down the testosterone on the samples so I can use it today in 2013. I have used a couple of loops from the original and then overdubbed everything else as well as recreating a few sampling parts from scratch.
Enjoy and keep the funk alive.

One of the most hyped and discussed teasers of May 2013 was the teaser for 'Animals'. No artist name was mentioned and from that moment on fans and bloggers alike went head to head in heated discussions on who the artist could possibly be... It turned out to be Dutch prodigy Martin Garrix, which was officially announced by Billboard Magazine. The DJ support is overwhelming and we're sure this track will do ultimate dance floor damage.
