"Caught somewhere between a 4am Balearic summer sunrise and a 4pm Nordic autumn sunset Body In The Thames’ Public Domain 3D Terrain is an LP length release that spans 5 tracks of beautifully crafted electronic music for all the orange skied dancefloors in your head. There are no dense narratives, no elaborate concepts, just a set of perfectly formed, artfully shaped and well-proportioned grooves.
Body In The Thames specialises in the kind of bright, complex and expressive electronic music that might as easily channel Tangerine Dream as it does Grace Jones, flitting as he does between the cinematic and the playful. Witness how Alligator Souffle waddles out of the kitchen and onto the sun lounger with a reptilian swagger, while Xanthe Acid Youth prefers to gaze up through the cosmos over nine misty-eyed minutes.

Written and produced in the Stockholm basement studio that he shares with Gustav Ejstes of Dungen, Body In The Thame’s voltaic psychedelia is neat and precise, a musician’s take on a DJ Harvey set. Over the EP’s final two tracks he feeds the baggy shirted Cafe Del Mar crowd his own brand of expansive and precision tooled machine funk. Bus Trips rides a squelchy 303 baseline (sic) overlaid with chiming arpeggios and soaring synth silhouettes. Some People Just Never Know When To Leave weaves a downtempo 808 b-boy jam, melodious chords bouncing like an interstellar low-rider pulling slo-mo doughnuts up and down the milky way.

Of course, you’ll have to enjoy these delights from the comfort of your own home for now. But why should that stop you from booking a ticket on the Nordic-Balearic express, running 5 times a day from Stockholm to Eivissa? "

The born Japanese Ukik is probably one of the most whirling Djanes throughout Berlin city and brought her seemingly never-ending energy to well-known clubs such as Sisyphos, Klunkerkranich, Birgit & Bier and Rosis or flourishing conscious dance events like LUCID or The Blue Monkey. She has an acute sense for rhythm and harmony, is never afraid to criss-crossing different genres and styles and has always a perfect sensing for the dancing crowds desires. Her repertoire covers meditative soundscapes, groovy downtempo, hot multi-cultural beats as well as hypnotizing deep house. The colorful range of her always well-picked sound selection gave her entrance to the most wanted festivals of Europe. So you might have already danced to her vibes at Fusion Festival, Boom, Sa Terza Metari, Wilde Möhre, Pan-O-Rama or Agni Spirit Festival to just name a few. 

Our dear friend and amazing artist Radka Tiarksova is providing us another time a stunningly beautiful piece of visionairy art of Radka Soulart for our beloved cover art-podcast-ensemble. We're more than thankful and happy to have this special collaboration and to have the possibilty to share with all of you her unique art which is as lively, colorful & profound as the life we call reality.

„Children Of Planet Earth“ is presenting Ukik, as her always authentically open & whirling being truly connects the world around her. She's a damn cute little honeybun who never forgets to joyfully celebrate her inner child.

Since she started to travel around the world, she was passionate for the regional and typical music for each town she visited. This is how she started to collect sounds from different cultures over the world. After having played in some clubs and event in Argentina, she started to play in countries like Russia, Estonia, Germany, Italy, Greece, Netherlands, Peru, Chile and Uruguay. 
With her power on downtempo music and slowly BPM she is taking influences from various producers into various genres to create unique mixings.
