Nish Wadada is a Reggae/Dub UK, World music singer, born in Rotterdam - Holland, but her roots lie in São Nicolau Island, Cape Verde. With a sweet, melodic voice, a confident posture on stage, and a conscient message. Nish is always ready to share with the world her music and the energies that inspire her to be her best version in 
singing and more… 
 
In December 2015, she released her first album "Jah Calling", with the French Label MicroKosmo Music featuring the legendary Jamaican singer 
Cedric Myton (The Congos’s). It was nominated for best roots album in France’s ‘Victoire du Reggae’ contest of 2016, for the Cape Verde Music Awards 2017. 

The last three years, she’s toured through Europe, participating in the main festivals, namely:  
●	Rototom Sunsplash (Spain) 
●	Dour Festival (Belgium) 
●	Festival Exit (Serbia) 
●	Reggae Jam Festival (Germany) 
●	Dubcamp Festival (France) 
●	Afrika Tage Festival (Áustria) 
●	Minho Reggae Festival (Spain) 
●	Musa Festival (Portugal), to name a few… 
 
She’s sang with europe’s biggest sound systems, namely:  
●	King Shiloh Sound System 
●	O.B.F Sound System 
●	Zion Train (Abassi Hi Powa Sound System) 
●	Blackboard Jungle Sound System, and many others…  

She has also done some live band shows with the Rockers Reunion Band from Holland and several other backing bands.
