Day Fleit / Nite Fleit LP

We’re beyond excited to share the first glimpse of @nitefleit’s (and S.C.D.D.’s) debut album ‘Day Fleit / Nite Fleit’ which comes in the form of ‘Overload’ - an aural/visual dream from the mind of Fleitsy.

The forthcoming LP will have a Day Fleit and Nite Fleit side, depending on the listener’s intended destination; the discs can be listened to in either order.

The first single ‘Overload’ wastes little time in setting the tone for ‘Day Fleit’. Densely layered, soaring arpeggiated acid lines twist and dance around Nite Fleit’s spoken lyrics, inspired by Delia Derbyshire and Barry Bermange’s iconic 1964 ‘The Dreams’ sound collage.

@nitefleit steers a course through electro, breaks, techno and acid to deliver her debut LP, 'Day Fleit / Nite Fleit' via @steelcitydancediscs, made up of two distinct halves exploring contrasting emotional states and new sonic territories.

On the collaborative track ‘The Flower Dance’, Nite Fleit explores EBM textures alongside a theatric monologue by @partiboi69 reciting an Alan Watts speech.
