Last year I released the 7th compilation in three parts. A diversity of genres and artists are presented on this amazing release. After the release I was contacted by An Ho aka 6047. He created a mix with several tracks from this compilation. Tracks taken from all the releases mixed into one mixtape. So enjoy! Bio:
6047 (read as GOAT numerically) is a Los Angeles based multi styled electronic DJ & producer whose musical diversity is reflected in his mixes & productions. Attention to detail is what is always present in his work. He is a specialist in programming concept & deconstructed mixes of which are a result of nearly 20 years of experience & progression. A specialist in creating a locked groove as well as progressive mixes that range from noise to jungle. Rather than boring people with long-winded bios written in 3rd person about his musical accomplishments he prefers to let the music do all the talking. His mixes have been aired on the best podcasts & radio stations worldwide which have been featured throughout 15 countries & 110 shows. He is the host & curator of Elektronik Tranzmissionz Podcast.

Bio:

Born in 1981 in Niigata, Japan, Takuya started his career in 2005 and has been releasing 12" singles from various labels: Adjunct, morris audio and op.disc.
He used to compose funky and minimal tracks for floors in the early days. Now he tends to draw inspiration from daily plain sights and nature landscapes. Thereby, in recent works, he focuses on creating rich and textured sounds that connote harmonies with nature utilizing the sounds captured in field recordings.

It is rare nowadays, in an increasingly cynical and competitive scene, for young and upcoming DJ's to get much recognition or opportunity to showcase their talents. In an industry where affiliation and endorsement from more established artists is key and where tastes and attention spans grow more fickle by the day it seems increasingly difficult for budding artists to break new ground.
RENA has overcome these preconceptions and transcended a heavily male dominated arena by sticking to a strict work ethic and a healthy and imaginative approach to her music. With almost a decade on DJing and a lengthy and enthusiastic exposure to electronic music, she always brings a fresh, innovative and contagious brew of energy to her performances!
Concentrating on gigging around her native Greece, she has steadily built herself a loyal fan base and developed her technical and programming skills. Having paid her dues and worked her way up from a consistent, dependable warm-up DJ to very remarkable artist like Oscar Mulero, Len Faki, Ben Sims, she has effortlessly made the transition to peak time performer and crowd pleaser.
Adding another bow to her resume, 2011 has seen her make her first forays into the studio, working on a few original productions while she follows a multitasking career as a label manager on Skeleton & Tronic.
While the term "electronic music" is an apt description of her musical directions, Rena's sets can encompass everything from emotional, dub techno sounds to heavy and humid atmospheres, always blended and mixed with precision and without limits!
