We’re back this week to revive a Rock Bottom classic with the Cookie Jar Remixes EP!

For those who don’t know, Casmalia & Johnny 2 Shots teamed up last year to bring us our very first single after rebranding as Rock Bottom Records. This track marked the beginning of a new era for the label and helped solidify our rank in the house music scene!

Over a year after it’s initial release, we’ve assembled the ultimate squad of heavy hitters to bake up brand new takes on the Rock Bottom tune! Including remixes from Grensta, n808, Luxo, El Monk, and a very special VIP from Casmalia and Johnny 2 Shots.

Guys, we're back with a bunch of FREAKS and the good news is, there are some brand new characters joining We Are Freaks Records. 

Our second compilation is full of new sounds and creative minds - we would say it brings back the vibe of 2020. 
Let's start with our good old FREAKS. 
On the one hand we have our German artists like GiddiBangBang, Vince Versa, Fab Massimo and Dynamike - bass loaded, groovy, electrifying and funky. 
On the other hand, Italy's Heider is back with the Freaks and also the great Colossi Rah supports the Various Freaks again. 

Our new characters are No Messin, NOT NOT, Alltalk and Flo.Von. 
Some of you might know these three guys?! 
NOT NOT & Alltalk have each released a banger on our sublabel 'Freak Of The Week' this year, No Messin is the founder of Brash Beats and Flo.Von featuring GiddiBangBang on the track 'Joker'.

For the perfect finishing touch and last but not least, our label bosses Elternhouse provides us with a fantastic track called 'Feel My Drums' as a free download.

Eveningperple release their debut Holy Molé EP 'More Romance' featuring 3 new tracks and remixes by RIFFA, Proper Villains, and House Divided. Bringing back their funky fresh stylings to the label – their previous releases on Holy Molé include the Winter Fresh compilation and a remix of Codes & Astronomar 'How We Do'.

Leading with dreamy, amorous stabs, the title track 'More Romance' introduces a deep bassline that carries through the funky rhythms and fresh soundscapes. 'U Really R' moves into brighter melodic flavors with lush, natural samples balanced out by cheeky drum programming and a sassy bass growl. Diving straight into bouncy, syncopation, 'Mirage' moves through ethereal instrumental waves before bringing back the swinging rhythms now with spacey synths as the melody takes flight.

Proper Villains amps up the remix of 'U Really R' with oscillating acid lines and a heavy low-end, meanwhile RIFFA layers his remix with propulsive percussion and a heartbeat bassline. House Divided drives the funk way up remixing 'More Romance' with tech-heavy grooves.
