These two longtime friends real hardcore addicts decide in the beginning of 1999 to give life to the project “Imperium Bass” know to play with the legendary Bauta mask. Blending all of their musical experiences and their passion for everything that is unusual. Imperium Bass has become a constantly evolving project always looking for news. 

They inspired from the biggest hardcore labels such as Megarave, Offensive, Neophyte or Traxtorm to name a few. For several years Imperium Bass composed a lot of tracks unreleased, exploring the Mainstream, Industrial Hardcore or the Frenchcore. Imperium Bass has always given his trademark kick with their sequences and their devastating Cut well marked or originality, humor and passion for the hardcore are represented continuously. In January 2007 they released their first live-act, mixing mainstream, industrial and Frenchcore in Paris.

After that they had the opportunity to be invited to others events to several performance mix-set. It was in 2009 that this two brothers decide to differentiate their style keeping productions Mainstream hardcore with project “Imperium Bass”. Giving birth to "Breathing Hell" for Industrial Dark style and "Explicit French Terror" for funny speed bpm tracks who was reactived. In May 2010 they co-founded the label “Paris hardcore mafia Records” with dj X-Core and Apophis. Their live-act reworked, it has the famous event “ Mad World in Paris” they presented the “PHM anthem” track, that was a big success.

Over time “IB” released good tracks as “Fucking Bang It”, “Guerrilla Man” and a solo EP “Mad World” with 4 originals tracks. These masked motherfuckerz keep the bass in your head and are always ready to make some noise on the dancefloor with their amazing live-act & mix-set
in 2012 they released a great featuring tracks in cooperation with Chrono ,and integrate the Megarave Records artists, working now theirs releases for this great record label.

Bio :
Before starting his own project, NIXT has played and worked with many people, in many different musical genres.

Musician since the age of 7, he begins with the piano. Classical first, then jazz. He buys his first electronic keyboard at 9 and already composes simple songs. At 15 he discovers drums and passionates himself for this instrument. He plays in many bands, from french jazzy songs to extreme death metal.

In 1996 he gets involved in his first 'electro' project, messing around with an S2000 Akai sampler and an Atari with Cubase midi software.

In 1998 he builds his first home studio around an Apple computer and the first serious audio softwares.

He becomes a professional sound engineer in 2000, working in several studios in Paris, both for movies and musicians who appreciate having a technician who speak their language. Still playing in different bands as a drummer, he composes and arranges music for many people and television (shows, commercials, etc...). Finally, he also teaches sound techniques and surround mixing at the School of Audio Engineering in Geneva.

Attracted by the free party movement since 1993 and encouraged by some of the major actors of this scene, it's only in 2007 that he decides to produce his own techno tracks and to perform livesets in parties. Now active member of Le Diable Au Corps, he produces clean sounding tribecore / hardfloor / frenchcore tracks and plays everywhere he can.
