I have found an old demonic keyboard in the trash. I'm now cursed and can't stop playing with it. I lost my job and my wife is gone with the kids.

In the fall of 1993, Thanatos and Aqueronte created CAULDRON in order to reflect in their music the cold and dark atmosphere of their hometown, Lleida.
After intense nights of fierce rehearsals they recorded their first demo, and shortly after,  CAULDRON entered a professional Studio to record their second demo, "When the wheel has come full circle".
When the band completed the line up, they decided to move their music to stages spreading its old school Black Metal over Spain.
The darkness took shape with the release of their debut album, "Aker" (2001), which became a reference for the Spanish black metal scene.
In 2006 the band ceased their activity and retook it in 2011 with a partially renewed formation. From this point, CAULDRON began a new period of performances at festivals such as  "1st Spain black metal fest", "Hammer fest", "Under the Sign of Bathory: A Tribute Night to Quorthon" among others where they shared stage with leading bands of the Spanish and international Black Metal scene.
In March 2017 released their anticipated second album, "Regnum-Phobos" (Darknes Within/Darkwoods records), which are currently promoting live. CAULDRON defend the traditional values of the black metal and their lyrics are inspired by night, satanism, death, the far beyond, spiritualism, existentialism and Necromancy.
