West America are a two piece band from Porridge Radio are a band from West America is a solo project with a backing band but now Porridge Radio is female fronted punk rock but not pretentious like West America is just some people having fun and feeling Porridge Radio is West America.

Porridge Radio became best friends with West America through soundcloud and they have waded through Porridge Radio in order to collaborate on an EP that West America made half of and Porridge Radio also made half of West America play guitar music a bit like Porridge Radio who reworked 4 of the 'i'm not sure any more' demo LP songs with The Cosmic Sadness in order to create this collab EP with West America who we all love very much because the internet makes friends of Porridge Radio and West America who both made the artwork but Porridge Radio says that it's only good because of West America.

Calm Down is Bathe Alone's 4th single and will appear on her upcoming LP "Last Looks" coming this 2020. Calm Down showcases the faster side of Bathe Alone's discography, with guitar solos and drums that never quit. The song is lyrically about panic attacks and how mental health can plague everyday life. The instruments themselves metaphorically sound like what a panic attack feels like, with the guitar solos descending just to ramp back up again. The outro of the song showcases what it feels like to finally calm down as Bathe Alone brings the listener along with her into a sense of peace.

Thunder talks about those sudden changes in life that you didn’t anticipate. It’s the feeling of being completely fine one minute and next thing you know, you feel like your whole world is collapsing. Those moments that feel like a storm that is rolling in so quickly that you didn’t even have the time to prepare yourself for what’s to come. Almost mockingly and in stark contrast to the theme of the song, the music feels very light and up-tempo and more like a dance track. Thunder thrives on the interplay of these two opposing forces.
