L’électron libre qu’est S/O aka Shout Out est arrivé plein d’espoir sur la capitale en cette année 2984. Mais le désenchantement de cette jungle urbaine a fini par le rattraper. À travers ses yeux de cyborg, la ville et la vie lui semblent si grises depuis que l’Etat contrôle les pensées et la diversité musicale grâce aux puces améliorées que la majorité des humains ont pour, soi-disant, booster leur capacité mentale. C’en est trop, il est bien décidé à reprendre en main le cours de son existence afin d’exprimer ses libertés fondamentales en cofondant un mouvement et briser les diktats.
