LUGGE is Switzerland's answer to Quasimoto, the rapping and constantly stoned alter ego of the legendary hip-hop producer Madlib. LUGGE is a creation of Zurich-raised artist Noa Erni, who has been composing outsider jazz music in Berlin for over a decade and works as a sommelier, tasting and selling wine. As LUGGE, he dissects simple everyday moments over self-produced lo-fi beats – delivered in in Swiss German, from the perspective of a stoic (never a cynic!).

Flying Lotus, "Thundercat: Shenanigans Pt.1" Mix

gave this round a try in the sp forum battles again. although there was the limitations and headaches resampling stuff over back and forth from the 202 and 404 to make some chord it was fun overall this challenge. i might have to make a strictly sp album in the future.

There are 8 samples here... you don't have to use all of them but I chose these one-shot types to encourage layering/pitching. Drums are a bit weak too so work them FX! 

Multiple SPs and tape bouncing allowed. 
No outside samples/snyths, but acapellas/watermarks allowed.
For now I'll set the deadline for July 6th, 21:00 Pacific time.
