I'm a Guitarist, Singer, Songwriter based in North East England. I started playing guitar when my parents bought me one whilst on holiday in Spain. The following Christmas all The Beatles films were on TV and I've never stopped playing since. 

I then had the opportunity to move to LA so off I went.

In Los Angeles i played with some the music industries top professionals, such as members of Rod Stewarts band and PIL. Had songs featured on MTV and in films and on the radio both nationally and internationally
I recorded and performed in L A and New York, with the likes of David Palmer (THE THE, Rod Stewart), Carmine Rojas (David Bowie, Rod Stewart), Steve Poliot (Fleetwood Mac), Bret Helm (P.I.L. Doctari, Jennifer Batten)

In the progressive rock funk band "Sound Mind", we showcased and recorded extensively all over the local club scene, playing at all the top venues such as The Whiskey a go – go The Troubadour and The Roxy. We were featured several times on Local radio station KLOS' s "local licks" show.

Recording and promoting the album "Casual Wear" whilst in the band Vynil resulted in airplay and distribution across America, Europe and Japan. Additionally songs were featured on MGM's "Fame L.A.,"MTV's "Road Rules" and the song “Jane and the Goats” is currently featured in the critically acclaimed and award winning independent movie God, Sex and Apple Pie.

I also worked with singer songwriter Susan Sandberg promoting the album "Stripping for Jesus" from which the song "Hey Batter Batter" can be heard in the movie "There's Something about Mary". 
With Susan Sandberg we played two weeks of sell out shows at House of Live in Paris, where we performed songs featured in the Adam Sandler movie Mr Deeds and from the Pamela Anderson TV show Mile High.

I have recently achieved success playing in top north east band Hip Operation. Hip Operation have recently won the Best Band / Entertainment Category at the National Wedding Awards in London.

The combination of Chris Roe's unique soulful and aggressive guitar style, with bass player Steve Caithness diverse range of experience, all locked in with the driving grooves and shuffles of Alan Neale on drums, give MojoRoller a dynamic, energetic, unique sound guaranteed to get those toes-a-tappin' and get some blues a rockin'.

The Black Cadillacs are a blues-based indie rock band from Knoxville, TN. With members from each of Tennessee's major cities, the state's famous sounds are well represented. Nashville’s recent brand of rock 'n' roll revival, Memphis' soul, and Knoxville's roots music combine to form an authentic and original sound. "The group displays a repertoire of grooves, rockers, and ballads," says Red Bull Sound Select of the bands SXSW performance.
 
First cousins, Will Horton and Matthew Hyrka, founded the band with lifelong friend and neighbor, Philip Anderson. In 2009 the lineup was completed with the additions of John Phillips and Adam Bonomo. The Black Cadillacs have a sound all to their own with diverse influences such as The Rolling Stones, The Who, Queens Of The Stone Age, and The Brian Jonestown Massacre. Glide Magazine recently featured their new Summer Single, Radio Silence, https://soundcloud.com/theblackcadillacs/radio-silence. American Songwriter calls it, “A great new discovery!”

Their live set is where this well-orchestrated yet explosive blend comes to life. “Amazing energy from beginning to end,” says Consequence of Sound. Paste Magazine agrees by calling them, “[One of] the top 10 Great New Bands that played CMJ” and “20 Artists to Know at Bonnaroo”. The Black Cadillacs are hitting their stride playing over 100 US shows, a 25 date European tour, and 20 plus numerous major media synchs this past year. They recently spent time in Nashville recording a 7-inch Vinyl at Grammy Award winning recording studio Sputnik Sound, and are currently preparing songs for their highly anticipated 3rd album. Relix Magazine anointed the group their “Summer Stars” honor and featured them on the cover of their publication. The band is proud to boast performances at Bonnaroo, Hangout, Bunbury, Wakarusa, Summer Camp, Summerfest, and many more.

In 2017, Seattle-based experimental artist STAHV (aka Solomon Ari Rosenschein) emerged as a shape-shifting one-person instrumental act KEXP describes STAHV as combining "elements of heavy psych-rock, doom metal, post-rock, noise-rock, and more." That sound continues to evolve with Simple Mercies, a collection of vocal driven goth pop bangers drawing on a love of '80s darkwave, synth pop, and new wave.
