I wrote this song in college. My mom went out of her way to take me to Costco that afternoon around 6:30 and for some reason that night I broke down and just thought about how amazing she is and how blessed I am to have her as a mom. Someone I look up to and am so thankful for. I still don’t understand how she does it.

Some quote I came across online one day inspired me to write this song. It was about being a kid. Getting jaded by reality. But staying strong and clinging to those roots and memories as a child. Some of the strongest memories of your life. The lyrics in this song are so powerful to me and I think are some of the most memorable lyrics I have ever wrote.

A very fun, deep song that just flows. 4 verses I think on this song. Wrote it my second year of college over one of my favorite Mac miller beats. Shout out Grandpa and apple hill memories in that song.

This song talks about reminiscing about the happier days and wishing I could go back and feel them twice every once in a while. But not completely.
