Guided Dance of No Name and Introduction to 7 Forms by Nobieh

Here I want to tell you my life story and how the seven forms of DONN got formed during my life journey.
This will make it more clear for you to understand the concept behind these forms and the role and emotions behind each.

here is my life story with the seven forms of DONN!

Nobieh is an International yoga instructor and Workshop Organizer. Owner of NOBIEH school of yoga registered with Yoga Alliance since 2014. Founder of a conscious dance system called "Dance Of No Name".
Author of the book "Principles of teaching yoga to kids". Independent Natural Artisan Perfumer.
She has taught yoga for two decades, travels internationally training kids and teachers on advanced yoga. She also carries out yoga and dance workshops, and training to group therapies. In doing all of these, she sells her natural perfumes and jewelry collection around the world.
Nobieh’s passion for dance and movement has led her to explore conscious dance & therapeutic dance styles, adding her experience in joining into Osho therapy works in Osho meditation resort in Pune India for about 10 years. She developed her own system of conscious dance called "Dance Of No Name".

A tribute to a former NYC gang called the “Ghetto Brothers” who have a huge responsibility for the emergence of hip hop.The track was titled “Black Benjy” for his ideologies that carried on after his death . I intentionally do not mention anything about the gang nor the member the song I titled after with the hopes that people will do research on their own. We live in a world flooded with information. My music is intended to motivate people to educate themselves and not take things at face value. Hope you enjoy.
