One Step At A Time

Was playing around with some chords and was stuck for inspiration on a theme. My 9 year old wandered into the "studio" (spare room) so I said give me a title for a song. He told me he had only come in to say he was "missing pieces" of lego. So I said Missing Pieces will be the title and it grew from there 😃
I asked my good buddy Johnny from No Killie Fish to lay some of his awesome guitar lines for the lead guitar and I think it has really added some flavor to the track and the solo is killer!! This one is about an old man knowing that his sun is going down. Looking back to when he was a young idealistic man with a goal. Meeting the lady of his life and going into a very different direction. He realizes that he made it to the top after all.
