Since his debut on Anjunadeep with ‘When The Sun Goes Down’, Brighton-based DJ and producer Braxton has been steadily earning a reputation in the dance scene as a formidable producer, with a number of solo productions, and remixes for the likes of RÜFÜS DU SOL, Tourist and Grades that have won him support from BBC Radio 1 and Sirius XM. 

Marking a bold return, Braxton now delivers his three-track EP ‘Indigo’. A fan favourite from the recent label compilation Anjunadeep 12, title-track ‘Indigo’ favours breakbeat drums and staccato synths whilst ‘Wilderness’ features an echoing vocal sample. Leading with rising arpeggios, ‘Sakura’ demonstrates why Braxton has been championed by the likes of Eelke Kleijn, Dosem and Eli & Fur.

"Indigo is a straight up 2020 EP. It had to be. It was a terrible year but it changed a lot of us, and I wanted to explore that. 

When the UK lockdown started I was massively uninspired. I felt I couldn’t write while there was nothing going on. But there was so much going on – it just wasn’t going on outside. I realised that in the days when I’d been physically free, I’d been emotionally trapped. And I’m sure I wasn’t the only one. The physical restriction forced a lot of us to look internally. 

This is where Indigo came from, it’s an old track that was only fully realised during lockdown when I started to understand balance, and got energy from new ideas spreading. At this point everything started to come together. Wilderness reflected that new mood. It’s about uncharted territory. Inspired by the empty streets and the hope of coming out of this nightmare as wilder but happier people. Finally, Sakura is about renewal. It’s about all the stories of hope and optimism over the course of the last 12 months."

Eric Lune is a Melbourne based producer with a passion for emotive dance music.
In the short space of a few years, he amassed an impressive string of releases on prestigious labels such as Guy Mantzur’s Plattenbank, Sound Avenue, and Proton. Eric’s ability to write hit tracks is showcased in 'Benji' which exploded him on the scene in 2018. But it was 2019's ‘Embers’ that took him to new heights, being touted as one of the biggest progressive house tracks of that year. 
With constant plays from industry elites such as Hernan Cattaneo, Nick Warren, Eelke Kleijn & more, there’s no doubt Eric has cemented his place in a new emerging era of progressive house producers & DJs.

With a unique and special identity, Chambord’s exhilarating eclectic energy and charged live shows quickly earned them a reputation as one of the most exciting acts to emerge from the Parisian music scene. They present their drink of choice, a Mezcal on the Rocks, with upcoming gems on their own imprint Around Midnight as well as by the duo itself!

Their dynamic and melodic sound originating from their boundless visual imagination along with their resonating live performances and DJ sets helped the duo quickly rise to prominence.

Creating a fanbase across the globe by performing at some of the most celebrated and renowned events such as Mayan Warrior, Ondalinda, Gardens of Babylon, ADE, Woomoon, and Sonar Festival (to name a few), the duo has established themselves with a high energy performance that is not to be missed.

In June 2022 they founded their label called Around Midnight. The first release was an official remix of Radiohead's "Reckoner".

Join us in welcoming an up-and-coming talent from Montréal, Canada, to the Schirmchendrink counter: Mitch Oliver is spoiling your week start with two hours of pure smoothness. His deliciously deep cocktail is called Illusionist.

Mitch Oliver goal is to share his passion for music. So he did with releases on Magician on Duty or Akbal Music just recently.  Fascinated by music at a very young age, he is often described as a music curator with is versatile and flexible sound. Over the last three years, Mitch has played in renowned clubs in his home town Montreal while pushing his own events: Aurora. Mitch Oliver is now devoting all of his time into music production and has just completed a yearlong intensive program to become a sound engineer.

Mitch’s Illusionist is pure silk, an incredibly emotive sip. It fuses dreamy emotions and danceable rythms in one exquisite concoction. Soft pads and a distinct vibe mark the latest journey of the sonic storyteller. Thanks for this chilling week starter, Mitch! We love it!
