I've been DJing since 2000 and I started producing my own music seriously in 2008.  My goal is to eventually be playing sets of my own music, so far a have a couple sets of my own beats I can produce live.  I really enjoy the live production and I think that is where the scene is going in the future.

I use Ableton Live and Reason to produce.  I use Mackie universal controller Pro and 2 extender pros for my controls.  M-audio keystation 88 pro for Keyboard and RME multiface soundcard with a DJM-V10 for final mix and EFX-1000 and RMX-1000
 for effects.  I DJ on a DJM-909 and 2 CDJ-2000Nexus
