UNICA is a Queer based platform focusing on techno and incorporating experimental, dub and hypnotic rhythms exuding an ebullient flair encapsulating the personalities of CITYTRONIX & NOHEXCODE. They are focused on featuring up and coming DJs, predominantly trans, femmes, and nonbinary people.

I was born and raised in Damascus and discovered my passion for electronic music after moving to Germany in 2018. I started with melodic techno, but my sound evolved into raw, driving techno, shaped by London’s underground scene. 

SHINGONI has always been my gaming name and virtual identity. When I dance to techno, I imagine it as moving through different levels of a game, each track unfolding with new energy, which made the name feel right when I started DJing.
