Anton Bogomolov is a Russian producer and DJ. He has released music on vinyl since 2018, and used to play at local parties and festivals. Scruscru has recently had releases on record labels such as Slothboogie, Outplay, Omena , Ltd, W/lbl, Deeppa, Minor Notes to name a few, and has just launched his own imprint that goes by the name of Scruniversal Records.

He has received support from DJs such as Moodymann, Dj Muro, Session Victim or Disclosure to name a few.

His new EP 'Cyber Love' for N&B is a collection of tunes recorded strictly on the train, on his way home after his weekend gigs, during Summer 2022.

Daan comes from a very musical family and has been making music since the day he was born. At a young age he started playing the guitar and piano, learning this from his dad who made him start with the hardest chords and progressions, with the idea that he will be able to play so hereafter without any effort. This was the start of his passion for playing and making music. In his youth he often performed with his dad on Ibiza at bars and cafes, all this together with a large group of musicians from all over the world, whom they met there every summer. Later he made the switch to producing house music, what he is doing over the past three years now.

He describes his style as sample based house music with influences from different styles like Funk, Jazz, Soul & Rock music. He gets inspired from artists like: Inland Knights, Anotr, Phill Weeks and many other artists who have released music on labels like Robsoul and Dropmusic.

Also Daan has been busy composing music for movies for a long time, he ha been working on a documentary. In this you are going to hear a totally different side of Daan, a side that strongly developed in his youth! You will hear more about this soon.

We are more than delighted to Have Daan Steenman on Airtime for a solo EP called ‘Ecstasy’. 3 groovy house tracks with a remix by Jamback who adds his own signature sound to the record.
