Tapatora is a freestyle metal artist and heavily influenced by 80s melodic trash / thrash metal and progressive metal. I want to make music that feeds the soul or rips it apart.

My BIG4 would be along the lines of Metallica, Slayer, Sepultura and Testament. From the progressive side - Fates Warning is the go-to band.

I do have an excellent drummer on my corner who blasts the beats and with whom I compose the tracks.

The raging wars serve as a catalyst for the lyrics in most of the existing and upcoming songs. It seems that killing each other is the only way forward as written in the lyrics on the song - The Violent Ones. 

The human suffering is beyond belief, it needs to END now. War Metal as I see it, is to write lyrics about the insanity of war and not to forget those who died...

TAPATORA name has multiple meanings. It is an ancient name for a male that was mainly used in Finland. It is also the name of an island near Tampere and if you translate it in English, it means kill the quarrel / dispute / wrangle.

This is Berny - German and a long time musician since 1974. With 1 years old he "enjoyed" a 2 year classical piano training. His father was a professional Symphony Orchestra musician playing the viola - Since 2003 Berny is living in Ireland, used to live 10 years in Berlin. He has been in many bands before and had a lot great live gigs beginning 1980. 

Since a few years I he has done some collaborations with other musicians. Today I he only is doing home recordings and productions and publishing his  songs via CDBaby. He published 11 Z CAR M 10 albums so far and wrote more than 300 songs. His music genre is Indie (Brit.), 80th, Rock, Pop, Electro, Alternative, Experimentals, Easy listening and instrumentals. 

He also produced a lot of music video clips to be seen on his YouTube under the account "zcarm" or "Z CAR M".
