After Soulfooled (@soulfooled)kicked off the new year with an EP by the duo Aliot & Bunbeck, the second EP comes from Russian DJ & Producer „Mr Morek“ (@mrmorek). 

The EP is opened with a track called „Immunity“. A word that, these days finds a lot of attention in different political sections - so also the track breaks through any walls and barriers of genres and stereotypes.
On the second track „you can hear a lot of different fractions of electro house and melodic techno.“, claims Morek. „For me, this is something new and therefore I decided to call it „Ampere House“.

To finish off the EP, Mr Morek has chosen to write something more mysterious & magical. „Arcanum“ sticks to it, though not losing any from of energy, that has been built up through out the entire EP.

Following much loved & acclaimed vol 1 & 2, La Belle Records introduces the third One Night Stands chapter. One shiny and pop record which will hopefully melt your heart.

Time has passed since vol 2, yet the electronic scene seems to get better and better. Just as the styles of music presented on One Night Stands 3 with its combination of analogue goodness, space dubs, synthetic pop, opulent dancefloor rhythms, tribal grooves, and experimentations that creates a magical vibe & atmosphere. All brought together by the friends and colleagues that Golden Bug invited here.

Among them, a whole batch of french artists : Vega Voga (Narumi from Tristesse Contemporaine), Sébastopol, Bot’Ox (with Anna Jean’s wonderful voice), Alan Braxe (delivering his best modular game, bringing in the outstanding Yvonne la Nuit’s voice), Tim Paris (kicking some trip hop opera beats) or Jaquomo (cooking some exotic rhythms). Plus as always fresh and established projects like Azaria (hypnotic and voodoo spanish friend, more to come on La Belle), In Fields (collaborating once again with Golden Bug and Phoebe Coco), Hot Spell (eternal La Belle homie always present to make you dance) and finally the swedish Rickard Jäverling (acing the end with a gentle but very shiny melody).

All of their contributions were specially composed for ONS3 : music moves feet. Feet do dance. Dance brings joy. Out this November with an attractive limited black vinyl available on the same day.

Young French artists Mystery Kid (SXDNS398) and Discord joined forces to deliver a frenzied peak-time-only cut coming soon on the interesting Paco Tyson, a solid music platform commanded by Nicolas Viande, Discord himself, devoted to sharing the word from local talents not only by releasing their output but also providing his own production studio to facilitate the development of their craft. 

While Nicolas has already a colourful discography published both on his and other turfs, Julie Caddeo aka Mystery Kid is still in the beginning of her incursion into the music-making realm, having previously appeared on Nubians of Plutonia and Femnoises Records. 

For their collaboration, we understand Nicolas & Julie intended to pay a small tribute to the (in)famous action-adventure video game series Grand Theft Auto. Their “Cruise” through Liberty City, San Andreas, and Vice City has a perfect Electro soundtrack exhaling a frolic bearing and a sturdy personality. WARNING: Heavy funky shake-your-booty vibes here!

The Nail Shop is delighted to present their next new signing, Moving Still (aka Jamal Sulaimani), a Dublin based artist from Saudi who debuts on the label with “With Oud.”

An EP of Oud scented Middle Eastern grooves, it kicks off with “Al Disco Haram,” floating a mizmar top line over a 303 bassline, and needless to say, there aren’t too many tracks like this kicking about. Moving into slightly darker territory is “3awiz Tramadol,” rolling out an Ouddy groove built to move! The B-side eases in with the soulful sounds of “Wanneet,” (one for the Habibis and Habibtis), before the EP draws to a weightless close with emotionally tinged title track, “With Oud.”
