Audioalchemists Records is very proud to present Noktamid from the north of Germany and his second album. After his debut album "Audio Ergo Sum" and the compilation "Cool People Suck!" with his musical friend Adda its time to launch the next full length progressive trance work: "Carpe Diem / Carpe Noktem". 

"Carpe diem" means that the future is unforeseen, and that you should not leave to chance future happenings but rather you should do all you can today to make your future better. it's not about ignoring your future, but rather not trusting that everything is going to fall into place for you someday.

The album includes 8 outstanding  tracks between  136 and 138 BPM and two downbeat tracks. The music is powerfull and melodic, emotional and profound with a melancholic touch. Audioalchemists Records is very proud to present Adda and his long awaited debut album "Destination Neverland". After the compilation "Cool People Suck!" with his musical friend Noktamid and the "Night Store" and "Blueberry Cocktail" EPs its time to launch again a full length progressive trance record.
Patrick Adda from Switzerland is a long time expert in progressive trance. By the enthusiasm of the sounds of different instruments, he began to play bass guitar in his early years and discovered his fascination with electronic music. From 2007 until 2009 he studied Audio Engineer, and then in 2009 he has released his first tracks on Audioalchemists Records, Spin Twist Records and Yellow Sunshine Explosion.
Destination Neverland is a universe full of sounds, tones, rhythms and beats, offbeat basslines and crunchy kick drums. Adda invites you on a journey to discover and explore this universe. The album includes 10 exceptionally tracks and includes a remix of the wonderfull "Dragon Fruit" from old known Synthax. All tracks are uniqe, some are cheerful, some are emotional, and further are pensive: Welcome to Destination Neverland!

The project NOKTAMID delivers a new approach to this musical genre. In times when the majority of producers have simply copied successful concepts, NOKTAMID chases new ways, explores boundaries in order to introduce innovations into this kind of music.

BIO:
NOKTAMID’s first contact to music was established by playing the flute and the trumpet in his early childhood until he wanted to create his own music. 
The real foundation for his actual music style was laid in 2002. During numerous jam-sessions he discovered his understanding for music which accelerated his enthusiasm and determination to become more professional. This was established by purchasing the adequate studio equipment. As a result, he played at several parties throughout the following years. 
At the end of 2005, NOKTAMID's successful track “Tuned Reference” was released on DJ BIM’s well-known label MIDIJUM RECORDS. After several track releases on compilations for labels like Y.S.E. Rec. and Plusquam Rec., NOKTAMID produced his debut album "AUDIO ERGO SUM" which was released in 2010. With this hot record in baggage he travelled around europe and especially progressive stronghold Switzerland is one of the places he rocks the dancefloors continously now. In 2011 NOKTAMID realized to represent his sense for up-to-time progressive trance music by collecting the compilation „COOL PEOPLE SUCK!“ in collaboration with his colleague ADDA from Switzerland for AUDIOALCHEMISTS Rec.
