Bio

Im Spätsommer 2018 finden sich die zwei Stuttgarter zusammen, um ihre Liebe zur Musik in einem experimentellen Projekt zu vereinen. Beats aus analogen Synth-Sounds und organischer Percussion nehmen jeden tanzfreudigen in den treibenden Fluss auf. Als Produzenten, Live- und DJ-Act bedienen sie sich an Elementen aus Dark Disco und Organic House, lassen aber auch den Genrebruch zu. Kraut und Rüben sind Teil des Allesamt Kollektivs in Stuttgart.

With his new project AYK, Kay Sigl, a member of the Stuttgart collectives “Nomadic_Playground” and “allesamt”, presents himself in a new, analog sound. The music of AYK combines ambient soundscapes, house, and breakbeat with influences from lo-fi and downbeat. Analog basses and melodies meet stimulating soundscapes and groovy percussion.
