The 7 Year Anniversary of Dame-Music continues! The Melting Point EP marks the fusion of three renowned producers including KiNK, Thomas P. Heckmann and Bloody Mary. It’s no secret that these three are acid lovers, and their combination on this release shows three different takes on the acid sound.
Both KiNK and Thomas P. Heckmann need no introduction. Bloody Mary has followed their music for many years and the Melting Point EP marks the coming together of Mary with two of her most respected acid producers, all on the one record. Dame-Music promises all three tracks will damage the dancefloor – each in their own way; just be sure to play them loud.

Drumcode has become a label synonymous with some of the most-cutting edge and forward-thinking techno over the last 20 years. Their artists include both emerging and established names, and one of those well recognised is Enrico Sangiuliano. Now announcing the very first concept album of his career.

The prolific Italian producer has been catapulted into the limelight after the runaway success of his past releases, and now Biomorph is born. 

A very special concept album designed to take the listener on a journey of evolution. A musical adaptation describing how biological and technological advances over numerous generations of time have all started from the same first step in our own biological journey.

Divided into 4 parts, Organisms opens with atmospheric tones, gradually blending complex textures and timbres to begin the evolutional process. The beginning of this section combines full sounding arrangements before stripping it all back to basics. From here it dissolves into the atmosphere. Organisms then progresses into a break-beat influenced, down tempo track using synths to add complexity to the straight, broken rhythms.

Galactic, futuristic elements are found in both tracks in Cosmic Forces. Upbeat, groovy, electronic synths resonate, before ‘Hidden T’ brings the tension to get things pumped up with stratospheric swirls and twirls to lay down one of the most mind meltingly deep drops.

Metamorphosis is mysterious, its opening beat is a deep and piercing tone that sends the listener into a sensory awareness of their surroundings before breaking into a fully charged, techno track, with Enrico’s trademark sounds and textures.

All evolution has an ending.

Two Probabilities shows the positive, starting out evocative and emotional, with a gentle harmony, gazing towards a ‘New Dawn’. On the other side of the spectrum lies the negative. This is influenced with a rhythm that articulates the beat of death, mathematical, cold and metallic in texture, it shows the unsustainability of its nature, with a hectic, anxious break beat influenced ending.

The digital version also features a bonus track; 'A Further Existence'.

Ascending techno wunderkind, Non Reversible, announces the arrival of new imprint Non Reversible Structures with the release of his own explosive ‘Destructive Boundaries’ EP. Having already gained the support of techno veterans Marcel Dettmann, Slam, Dax J, Ben Sims, Len Faki, Cleric, Remco Beekwilder and having already performed in Germany’s most fabled techno institutions like Tresor, Griessmuehle, and Institut für Zukunft, ‘Destructive Boundaries’ marks yet another breakthrough moment for the electrifying Berlin-based producer. As the follow up to last year’s hypnotic and emotional ‘Initial Mass Function’ EP on Bipolar Disorder, and the atmospheric ‘Open Cluster’ EP on EarToGround, ‘Destructive Boundaries’ finds the producer reaching relentless new heights with four powerful cuts of ferocious industrial techno.

‘Diorite’ kicks off the release with a sudden blast of metallic percussion, quickly accompanied by intrusive synths and an earth-shattering kick drum. Void of unnecessary pleasantries, ‘Diorite’ announces Non Reversible’s catastrophic ambitions with the urgency of a firestorm. The unabated seismic activity continues with ‘Basalt’, a hard-hitting yet atmospheric industrial stomper, in which trance-like synths rise to the surface and pierce through a symphony of raw atmospherics and pounding beats.

The inferno continues on the B-side with ‘Gabbro’, which builds tension through an incessantly amplifying radar bleep - as if warning us of the oncoming explosion of sound. As the expanding pressure is finally released we’re met with a thundering cacophony of distorted kicks, crisp hi-hats, and deranged synth loops that once again build to an inescapable fiery eruption. The destructive forces come to a head with ‘Adakite’, with ghostly howls washing over battering drums - like blazing wind blasting through a post-apocalyptic hellscape, leaving nothing but scorched earth in its wake.

‘Destructive Boundaries’ will be released on Vinyl 03.06.2019 and digitally 22.07.2019 through Non Reversible Structures

Berlin’s Monnom Black is back again with the King of The Sewers EP; four cuts of pulsating techno from two of electronic music’s most uncompromising young figures, DAX J & UVB. Already well-known for its more fundamentally rugged take on modern electronics, the label’s 19th release is another intense transmission deep from the underworld.

The menacing tone of the EP hides the friendship that’s developed between these adopted Berliners, two young men who met in the city and discovered a shared passion for raw analogue audio and electronic sounds that marry starkness with depth. Although they began DJing at the same warehouses since 2014, the duo have waited until the right moment to bring together their mutual love of unique mechanised noisescapes and the high-end production values they’ve developed over years of experience and experimentation. The King of The Sewers is that record, a gritty soundtrack inspired by forgotten lives beneath eastern-bloc cities.

For Monnom Black this latest release continues a run of unmistakable techno records that challenge the mainstream with a non-conformist philosophy. The label’s ethos is to push boundary-testing music by artists who are unafraid to explore a chaotic, divided world in the belief that distinctive music can still create moments of grace and community. This is music for the deepest, darkest parts of the night, breaking beyond the dancefloor and into the liminal spaces where analogue and digital, body and mind meet. The King of The Sewers EP represents another step forward in the development of a record label pressing at the borders of what contemporary techno can be.

Making his debut on Soma with the Extinction EP is Berlin based Dj & producer, Non Reversible. Slowly but surely making his name within the underground ranks of Techno, Non Reversible has released storming EPs via ARTS, Animal Farm and his own eponymous label. With his debut Soma EP, Non Reversible works his way through 5 modern, industrial tracks.

Riot opens the EP and with a title like that, you know what to expect. A furious, percussion driven track, Riot stomps it’s way forwards with efficiency, breaking only to allow for chants of rebellion to ring through. Embrace Our Culture keeps on a similarly formidable tip. Pounding drums lead the charge to a backing of tripped out atmospherics that build and lead throughout the track. Title track Extinction delivers on direct assault Techno once again - set to a backdrop of dread with screaming tones that deliver an unnerving melancholy. And Then There Was Silence closes out this debut with anything else but silence. Once again, Non Reversible brings colossal energy via intense percussion, more rigid rhythms and huge, spacial atmospherics.
