Let's meet our selektah, Fluid Haunts:

Fluid Haunts grew up in Belfast, Ireland and was mesmerized with the underground music scene attending many raves and festivals in the UK until he found his true love for Jungle. He started producing around 12/13 years ago but only recently started his Fluid Haunts alias as he feels he finally found his sound and wanted to start over fresh. 

Fluid is currently residing in Auckland, NZ and moved there almost 2 years ago. He is trying to bring the sounds of true UK jungle to a heavily influenced Drum & Bass scene. After already playing a number of festivals and events around the country he’s is on the path to doing what he set out to do. 

Already with a number of releases under his belt on Kaitiaki Records (NZ) Offmenut Records (UK), Kiwis & Coconuts (UK), Spilt Milk Records (IRL) under this alias, Nate has been steadily in the studio making jungle and has plenty more releases coming soon so keep your eyes peeled.

Fluid Haunts-Exclusive Mix-Everyday Junglist Podcast-Episode 441

Helsinki based producer DJ Sofa continues to be a force to be wreck-end with in the Jungle scene. Starting off producing HipHop, House and UKG since 2012, this self taught producer quickly found her love for Jungle and Hardcore beats. With some solid DNB releases on Midnight Sun Recordings, Sofa's jungle flavours on Midnight Sun and Straight up Breakbeat found the ears of some the scenes best jungle connoisseurs. Sofa has had support from the like of Tim Reaper, Coco Bryce, Mantra, Flight and plays on BBC Radio 1.
She made her UK debut at top London Jungle night - Rupture, and has since been back for Tim Reaper's night Future Retro, also with a forthcoming release in the bag!
In Finland, Sofa is a resident for Straight Up Breakbeat and VOM and when she's not writing beats, you can find her hosting a monthly radio show on IDA Helsinki called 'Rough Around The Edges'
With forthcoming vinyl releases on staple labels such as Myor, Lobster Theramin and Future Retro, Sofa has made a huge impact on the Jungle scene already and continues to flourish as a producer.

02 NonRev - Live With The Hurt (CLIP)

By now, we're all well acquainted with Satl's superb remix of 'Crocodile', so it's time to introduce Interlocked Volume 3: Kuttin Edge.

The third in our Interlocked series, this EP features three exceptional remixes of Kuttin Edge originals and a VIP from the man himself to round things off. Each remix sees the respective artist bring their own distinct flavour to the original. 

Starting off with the before-released 'Crocodile' by Satl, this gritty take injects raw energy and intensity into the original, while Uneven delves into the depths of autonomic soundscapes, creating a mesmerizing and introspective take on 'Mustang'. With Tellus's atmospheric half-time version of 'Bubble Gum', listeners will be locked into a hypnotic state by frantic drums and rhythmic low-end, while elements of the original swirl above. Kuttin Edge closes off the EP with his return to 'Curva Grande', pushing the original sound to new heights without losing familiarity.

With each remix, a new dimension unfolds, showcasing the depth and versatility of Kuttin Edge's original tracks. Satl, Uneven, and Tellus bring their own unique touch, elevating the EP and ensuring an unforgettable listening experience.
