Helsinki based producer DJ Sofa continues to be a force to be wreck-end with in the Jungle scene. Starting off producing HipHop, House and UKG since 2012, this self taught producer quickly found her love for Jungle and Hardcore beats. With some solid DNB releases on Midnight Sun Recordings, Sofa's jungle flavours on Midnight Sun and Straight up Breakbeat found the ears of some the scenes best jungle connoisseurs. Sofa has had support from the like of Tim Reaper, Coco Bryce, Mantra, Flight and plays on BBC Radio 1.
She made her UK debut at top London Jungle night - Rupture, and has since been back for Tim Reaper's night Future Retro, also with a forthcoming release in the bag!
In Finland, Sofa is a resident for Straight Up Breakbeat and VOM and when she's not writing beats, you can find her hosting a monthly radio show on IDA Helsinki called 'Rough Around The Edges'
With forthcoming vinyl releases on staple labels such as Myor, Lobster Theramin and Future Retro, Sofa has made a huge impact on the Jungle scene already and continues to flourish as a producer.
