Following a landmark debut year in 2020, which saw releases on Ear Porn Music, Dead Groovy Deep and Keep Thinking Music, as well as winning the 2020 Beatport Producer Competition, 1MRN starts 2021 with a bang, releasing his second artist EP, this time on Keep Thinking Music. Out on 15.03.2021, this two-track EP illustrates the emergence of his signature sound, combining Afro House, Deep House, Progressive House and contemporary Melodic Techno.

The B-side “Before Our Time” is a dark melodic techno piece, showcasing 1MRN’s broodier musical side. “Before Our Time” presents the listener with large synths, arpeggios, trippy sounds, a unique attitude and a memorable bass riff that makes this a guaranteed favourite in any melodic techno DJ’s crate.

Toronto based HNTR delivers the lead single from his forthcoming EP, a peak hour Melodic Techno banger primed for any setting from festival to warehouse. Roshin's repetitive vocal chanting "I can't get you out of my head" echo's through all 6 1/2 mins of this driving, hard-hitting, weapon.

“I Don’t Forget” was one of a few songs that came about from an incredible series of sessions with my long-time friend/collaborator Roshin. When Joseph (Pantheon) and I got into the studio we sat down, had a look at all the equipment, and chose out a few key machines to work with and they would dictate the record. The obvious one you hear running through the track with the arpeggio line coming from the Arp 2600 clone. Once we started jamming the Arp with a couple of the drum machines the sketch came together really quickly. -Craig
