Machinery is a three-piece, melodic thrash metal band from Sweden (Johan Vidner & Fredrik Wetter) and Finland (Tommi Mäkelä). 

Fredrik Wetter, 35 years old. Swedish axe melter and chef.

Tommi Mäkelä, 30 years old. Finnish Elder God and artisan drinker.

Formed in 2014, dubbed by Fred Perry Subculture and This Feeling as “Big in 2016”, Liverpool based four piece The Jackobins have taken the UK's music scene by storm, headlining and selling out venues across the country whilst appearing on some of the UK’s most prestigious festivals including: Reading & Leeds, Isle of Wight, Kendal Calling, Victorious, Tramlines, Live at Leeds, Dot to Dot, Sound City and Y Not Festival amongst many others.

The band has been championed by BBC Introducing Merseyside DJ Dave Monks, giving the band heavy airplay and inviting them for a live session, whist Radio X made their singles 'Hasty' and 'Nightfire' Track of The Week. 

Their latest two singles stirred a buzz around airing on BBC Introducing Merseyside, BBC 6, Radio 2 and Radio X.

Hasty - charted at #4 in Holland , 14 in Norway and 57 in Germany on iTunes.

After a two year hiatus they’re back with their NEW single “Tomorrowland” which is about all about moving past bad relationships and leaving negativity behind to push forward and show the doubters what you’re really capable of…moving beyond yesterday into ‘Tomorrowland’.

It was in 2009 year when Ron Merz first began writing music under the name of BLOODRED and from the very beginning the music was rooted in the more extreme genres of Metal: Black and Death Metal with influences from Thrash and some British Doom.

Due to the musical orientation and the needs to the musicianship his Swabian homeland is lacking matching fellow musicians. So BLOODRED to this day is the sole project of Ron Merz, but the clear goal is to bring the music to the stage and so he is always looking for collaborators.

In 2013 Ron first got in touch with Alexander Krull, who has already worked for bands like LEAVES ́ EYES, ATROCITY, BELPHEGOR or OBSCURA. In his Mastersound Studio the first professional recordings for BLOODRED took place some month later.

The drums were recorded by Joris Nijenhuis (LEAVES ́ EYES, ATROCITY), who added another dimension to the music with his precise and dynamic playing. Alex Krull oversaw the recording of the first EP "THE LOST ONES", which was released digitally in June 2014 and physically in August. This EP got enthusiastic reviews from all over the world (selection):
"There are biting guitars, snappy while frosty beautiful melodies and aggressive vocals. [...] And this brings two good songs. And that's more than others create on a whole CD.“

After the highly positive response to the EP, BLOODRED went to the Mastersound Studio again in July / August 2015 to record more songs with Alexander Krull. The drums were once again played by Joris Nijenhuis who gave the songs a very individual touch.

On the album "NEMESIS" BLOODRED present themselves more mature and versatile. The songs combine all the strengths: High-speed meets haunting melodies and powerful riffs connect with atmospheric parts. With „Im Kalten Licht Der Ewigkeit" there ́s even a song with german lyrics on the album.
The artwork by Stefan Heilemann (Heilemania), who has previously worked for LINDEMANN, NIGHTWISH, LEAVES’ EYES, KREATOR and EPICA, also reflects this development. Inspired by the lyrics for the title track, he has created a coherent artwork that complements the many small details of the atmosphere of the music perfectly.

VARGA is a heavy, technical metal band hailing from Canada’s Steeltown – Hamilton, Ontario.

Known for their crushingly tight live shows, Varga re-united in 2011, after a 14 year hiatus.

Since reforming, Varga has released two technical, riff-laden, metal epics – ‘ENTER THE METAL‘ (2013) and ‘RETURN OF THE METAL‘ {2014).

After the departure of guitarist Adam Alex in 2015, the band continues on as a power trio.

From the moment, London, England born Lauren Harris took her very first steps backstage at the world famous Budokan Arena in Tokyo, Japan, she was destined to be an entertainer. Eldest daughter of Steve Harris, the world famous, award winning bassist and founding member of legendary Iron Maiden, Lauren has literally grown up with music and entertainment constantly around her, and embodied with a world-travelled knowledge hewn from legendary rock music ancestry, it was not long before Lauren followed her natural instincts…….

At the tender age of 17, Lauren quietly started singing at an early age in London pubs and one night she grabbed the attention of legendary British producer, artist and writer Russ Ballard (Roger Daltrey, Hot Chocolate, America, Elkie Brookes, John Waite).  Ballard asked her to sing a demo for new material he was writing and this led Lauren to work with Multi-Grammy award winning writer/producer Tom McWilliams (Paulina Rubio, Gloria Estefan, Jon Secada), and within just a few months, Lauren was touring Europe, playing such prestigious and iconic outdoor festivals such as the German Rock Am Ring and Rock Am Park as well as UK Download festivals, shows that thrust Lauren in front of 50,000 + people a night. After proving herself during an in intensive 12 months of touring, Lauren was presented her biggest and most daunting challenge yet – supporting Iron Maiden on their world tour. Taking on the challenge of being a female in a man’s world, she proved all the detractors and naysayers wrong, mesmerizing packed houses in the biggest stadiums around the world. During this tour, Lauren went down in history as the first ever woman ever to front a rock band at a major concert in India.  On (25/10/06), Lauren’s life came full circle as she walked out in front of 20,000 people at the Budokan Arena in Japan, the very same venue where she took her first ever steps. When the tour concluded, Lauren released her debut album entitled “Calm before the Storm”, which was mixed by the legendary Kevin Shirley (Aerosmith, Black Crowes, Led Zeppelin, Journey, Black Country Communion, Iron Maiden), and continued to tour the UK and Europe in support of the release.

After the release of her debut album and appearing in publications around the world (including a glamour shoot for FHM Magazine), the demand grew, resulting in Lauren touring the world for a second time supporting Iron Maiden on their historic and groundbreaking “FLIGHT 666” tour. Going down in history as one of the most successful rock tours in history, with the theatrically released documentary receiving critical acclaim and awards, the bands travelled the world in a custom Boeing 777 named “Ed Force One” by the fans.  The tour reached South America, India, Japan, Argentina, US, Chile, Cuba, Australia and Europe in just a few weeks, instead of the usual months it would take to navigate the globe and play to millions of fans around the world.

In a short few years Lauren had gone from performing in pubs and playing in the rain to 3 people in a Jacuzzi on the world’s largest cruise ship (that’s a whole other story!), to playing to over a million people in over 50 countries, but rather than being the end of a success story, this was just the beginning of a what is turning into a true fairy tale…..

Never happy to rest on her laurels, Lauren began working with legendary Vocal coach David Grant (Diana Ross, Linx, Rick Astley and Jaki Graham), who also worked with Will Young, Spice Girls, Charlotte Church and many others as vocal coach on the UK hit TV show Pop Idol.  David showed Lauren a different side, not only to her voice, but her acting ability.  With his encouragement, Lauren began practicing stage presence with the Royal London Ballet tutors, and attending acting workshops, while opening the next chapter of her musical career by recording her next project “Six Hour Sundown”.  With a contemporary style that further enhance Lauren’s vocal ability, the band spent 2011 and 2012 touring, again exposing Lauren to hundreds of thousands more fans around Europe and the UK.

 Whilst all of this groundwork had given Lauren the experience, mentoring, and opportunities that most artists can only dream of, the tipping point in Lauren’s career came when spending time in Los Angeles in 2012, she met seasoned manager Andre Recke (Hilary Duff, R5, Nikka Costa), one of the few music managers that understands how to combine acting and musical careers.  After discussing her plan to explore a more mainstream musical career, incorporating theatrical elements, whilst also pursuing acting roles, a definitive plan was put into place and Lauren relocated to Los Angeles in late 2012. 

Since moving to the City of Angels, Lauren has been working non-stop, and the first product to see the light of day from the transatlantic migration is a new musical project named “Kingdom Of I”.  With tunes written by prolific song writer and famed producer Dave Stewart (Eurhythmics, Platinum Weird), Kara DioGuardi (Britney Spears, Gwen Stefani, Christina Aguilera, Kelly Clarkson, Kylie Minogue) and American Idol judge for season 8 and 9,  and John Shanks (Westlife, Take That, Bon Jovi), the irresistibly catchy tracks were recorded and produced by Alain Johannes (Queens of the Stone Age, Chris Cornell, Artic Monkeys, Jimmy Eat World, No Doubt), and who amongst other things, worked with the legendary Dave Grohl (Foo Fighters, Nirvana, Them Crooked Vultures), on the award winning “Sound City” soundtrack. 

The first single and video from Kingdom Of I, is an up tempo song entitled “Crying at the Disco”, which fuses rock hooks, with dance and catchy pop — an irresistible introduction to the fantastical and theatrical experience that is Kingdom Of I. The single and video will be released to coincide with Lauren being honored as one of the “Top Ten Brits to Watch” by Variety the World’s leading the premier source of entertainment news (www.variety.com).  Lauren will appear on the front cover of the September 24th issue, and Kingdom of I will make their debut live appearance at the “Top Ten Brits to Watch” party on September 27th, 2013.  A tour and full album release will follow in late 2013.

 While her musical career continues its stratospheric projection, Lauren has found time to hone her acting skills under the tutelage of acting expert Howard Fine. This has already led to Lauren enjoying a plethora of opportunities including a soon to be announced film documentary and corresponding TV series about Brazilian Music, as well as two new films produced by the legendary cinematographer and world renowned photographer Robert Dowling.

With the debut of Kingdom Of I, the forthcoming film and TV parts, and being honored by the world’s leading entertainment publication, Lauren Harris, the girl who was literally born into the entertainment world and took her first ever steps backstage at a concert in Budakan, is now a woman that can hold her own on any stage in the world, truly making Lauren Harris ONE TO WATCH……..
