Il suo disco d'esordio è Ho deciso di restare in Italia, uscito il 30 settembre 2014 per Irma Records/Puglia Sounds con la produzione artistica di Amerigo Verardi, nome di riferimento per la storia della musica indipendente italiana (Baustelle, Virginiana Miller) e anticipato dal singolo/videoclip Io sarò famoso (uscito in anteprima Repubblica.it, omaggio a “Discoring” e a tutta la televisione musicale anni ottanta). Il 31 ottobre 2014 è partito dal Medimex di Bari, la fiera della musica italiana, Ho deciso di restare in tour, il suo spettacolo dal vivo, durato per tutto il 2015.
Con Ho deciso di restare in Italia  Non Giovanni è stato tra i 5 finalisti per l'assegnazione della Targa Tenco come Migliore Opera Prima 2015. 
E' stato inoltre protagonista dello storico concertone del Primo Maggio 2014 a Taranto, davanti a 100.000 presenze insieme a Fiorella Mannoia, Afterhours, Vinicio Capossela, Tre Allegri Ragazzi Morti e tanti altri, ha inoltre aperto i concerti di nomi come il Management del Dolore Post-Operatorio, Zen Circus, Colapesce e Brunori Sas. 

Il 12 Maggio 2017 è uscito in anteprima su Rolling Stone Dan Brown il nuovo singolo che ha anticipato il secondo album, Stare Bene, uscito il 29 settembre 2017.  Dieci tracce di musica pop che parlano di vita e di amore, di stare bene e stare male. L’ansia e lo stress del presente, l’amore per una donna e l’amore per la musica, la gioia di mettere al mondo dei figli, la paura di crescerli, la follia, la bellezza, la forza di essere umani.
Nell’estate del 2017 Non Giovanni è stato finalista a Riccione nel Deejay On Stage, il contest di Radio Deejay che porta il vincitore sulle frequenze della radio milanese. 
Non Giovanni è stato impegnato per tutto il 2018  nei concerti dello "Stare bene tour", il tour del disco che ha toccato tante tra le principali città italiane, proseguito poi con un altro tour acustico dello stesso disco.

Cixxx J (°1983, Grottaglie, Italy) creates performances and media art. By parodying mass media by exaggerating certain formal aspects inherent to our contemporary society, J makes works that can be seen as self-portraits. Sometimes they appear idiosyncratic and quirky, at other times, they seem typical by-products of American superabundance and marketing.
His performances are an investigation into representations of (seemingly) concrete ages and situations as well as depictions and ideas that can only be realized in performance. By focusing on techniques and materials, he considers making art a craft which is executed using clear formal rules and which should always refer to social reality.
His works are notable for their perfect finish and tactile nature. This is of great importance and bears witness to great craftsmanship. With Plato’s allegory of the cave in mind, he makes work that deals with the documentation of events and the question of how they can be presented. The work tries to express this with the help of physics and technology, but not by telling a story or creating a metaphor.
His works are saturated with obviousness, mental inertia, clichés and bad jokes. They question the coerciveness that is derived from the more profound meaning and the superficial aesthetic appearance of an image. Cixxx J currently lives and works in Bologna.
