The beginnings of Prafuria reach to the year 2000. at the first there were Smoorv, Kon, and Danek. C reation of music interrupted in 2001 because of a tragic death Danek. Because of this unfortunate event the group suspended its work for three months. After this break Michosz and Baran joined to the group.The following bass players cooperated with the group: Sobol, Jab?ko, Artur Kunda(to which we are sincerely grateful for financial backup). The problems with finding the right bass player caused Smoorv to change his guitar to a bas one. The place of second guitar player was taken by Samias. In autumn 2004, thanks to financial help from the part of Smoorv and Michosz, the band recorded a demo material in Bia?ystok?s Hertz Studio. After registrating debutant?s record in 2005 Samias left the band. This situation forced Smoorv to go back to guitar playing, Novy came to the bas. Soon after Peter joined the band as the second drum player. Almost a year after Novy left the band, Smoorv took care of the bass section again and second guitar went back to samias.

Since their inception, Modern thrashers Sawthis distinguished themselves for a very strong live attitude, sharing the stage with many international renowned bands such as Lacuna Coil, Entombed, Impaled Nazarene, Shaman and Konkhra to name a few. In 2003 the band signed a deal with Temple Of Noise Records and released their debut album ‘Fusion’ throughout Europe, getting very positive reactions both from the press and the fans. A new, massive live campaign (this time with Destruction, Anathema, Sybreed, Impaled Nazarene, Extrema, Sadist, Necrodeath and Assassin) started in the meantime and also the videoclip for the song ‘Beyond The Bound’ was released.
In 2009 the band signed a new deal with Scarlet Records and entered the studio to record their second full-length album, ‘Egod’. More tours followed, starting with Polish death metal veterans Vader throughout Eastern Europe and a series of successful shows with The Haunted, Primal Fear, Bulldozer, Cattle Decapitation and God Dethroned. A videoclip for the song ‘Act Of Sorrow’ was released in the same period.
Sawthis’ incessant live activity continued until 2012, when they supported Sepultura during their European Kairos Tour and played with Korn at the Spirit Of Burgas Festival. After a new record deal with Bakerteam Records, the new album ‘Youniverse’ hits the stores in September 2013. ‘Youniverse’ is a conceptual work focused on the theme of multiple personality disorder and features a very special guest appearance by Rob Cavestany from Death Angel. After the release of the album, Sawthis start the “Youniverse East European Tour 2013” through Europe, playing some shows with Children Of Bodom. During th 2014, after the partecipation at various festivals, the band is on tour as official support of the death metal legends Deicide. After few month (march 2015) Sawthis are again on the road for a new 11 shows European tour this time as headliner.

Epitaph Records is an independent music label founded in Los Angeles by Bad Religion guitarist Brett Gurewitz. Early releases from a variety of punk heavyweights spawned what became known as the 90s punk explosion. 

Along the way Epitaph proudly launched its sister label ANTI-, representing unique and distinguished acts. From the beginning Epitaph’s mission has been to serve the musicians on its diverse and creative roster - an artist-first model, radical twenty years ago, and much imitated today.
