ما هي دوامة النقص؟

Pourquoi passe-t-on autant de temps sur les réseau sociaux ? Ou plutôt, pourquoi perdons-nous autant de temps sur les réseaux sociaux ?

Au delà du fait que ces plateformes nous déconnectent de notre réalité et nous font perdre de précieuses minutes ou heures par jour; elles sont aussi, parfois, l'origine de complexes importants. Peu importe notre âge, notre sexe ou notre situation professionnelle, nous pouvons tous, un jour, perdre pied avec les réseaux sociaux.

Et pour autant, ces plateformes peuvent être merveilleuses, enrichissantes et même de belles sources d'inspiration.

Alors je vous donnerai mes 3 astuces pour pouvoir profiter pleinement de ces réseaux. Ce que je fais, moi, au quotidien, pour n'en tirer que le meilleur !
