Maybe.

But I also know that when we don't speak and look for our own voice it hurts us on the inside. We start not liking ourselves. We bottle up anger. We don't respect ourselves as much... What if.. what ifff the point of the conversation was something else.. what if it was more for YOU then for THEM?
