NOP (troplott / Japan)

NOP was born in 1981 in Kumamoto and began to play the electronic organ when he 3 years old, and took instructor qualification of it when he was in the Junior high school. He had a fever for band activities as a guitarist while in teenager. After he moved to Tokyo, using his rich knowledge and skills of the musical instruments and the programming, he joined some recording sessions as an arranger. 

In 2004, he started to play DJ and produced techno music. Deeply smoothly and tropical music on his tracks has released from Galaktika Records (Barcelona), Regular Records (Barcelona), TEAM Records (Netherlands), Beef Records (Australia) and Frame Recordings (Japan). In 2008, his first album”Mouse House” stole japanese electronic music scene for sensational sound. In 2010, at long last he started his own label named "troplott music", what focus on trippy deeply dubby and tropical sound, he succeed in his expanding expression. 

In addition his DJ sence has a high standing, he has played Soner week in Barcelona. In Japan so far he is residency at party called "Abyss" held at Oath , "Out to Lunch" held at some roof top in Tokyo. NOP spread out his world deeply trippy and tropical music on DJing. He is now moving on to new steps and field without any borders. 

1981年熊本生まれ。現在は東京を拠点に活動中のDJ/Producer。
幼少期より鍵盤や弦楽器と身近に接し、10代後半から20代前半はアレンジャーとして活躍。
また同時期よりエレクトロミュージックの制作を開始。Galaktika(Spain)、Regular(Spain)、BEEF(Australia)、TEAM(Netherlands)、自身主催のレーベルtroplott music をはじめ多数のレーベルからリリースを重ね、2008年には1stアルバム『Mouse House』を発表し、センセーショナルにシーンの話題をさらった。
またDJセンスの評価も高く過去にはバルセロナのSonar Weekへ出演。現在はabyss@Oath、Out to Lunch@某所ルーフトップを中心にトロピカルでトリッピーなサウンドを響かせている。
