Los sonidos y la música pueden decir lo que las palabras a menudo no pueden decir y, por lo tanto algunos oyentes parecen entender lo que quiero decir sin palabras y eso me hace sonreír y estar agradecido

DARKDUCTION

No importa qué tan rápido viaja la luz, siempre encuentra que la oscuridad ha llegado antes y la está esperando.

Darkduction es un artista nacido en Colombia a mediados del 2014, alejado de un mundo común mientras construye y se adentra en un mundo lleno de proyectos de música electrónica y arte audiovisual. Inició su carrera desde muy joven enfocándose principalmente en forjarse en la producción y composición de la música electrónica, explorando e ingresando a los lugares más recónditos de la música electrónica y encontrando su marca personal entre un estilo Techno muy experimental, Minimalista e Hipnótico. Trabajando siempre bajo una figura anónima en la que desarrolló todos los experimentos sonoros que pudo encontrar y realizar en profundidad y sin destreza en el Techno e inspirado por muchos artistas que lo ayudaron a encontrar ese punto en la producción en la que sentía satisfacción por lo que estaba logrando.

 
es capaz de combinar la electrónica más fría y sofisticada con el techno más abstracto y complejo, rozando en ocasiones la experimentación sonora con texturas y ritmos poco habituales en la pista de baile y proyectos conceptuales entre la música electrónica experimental y los diversos proyectos de actuación en vivo como “Granular Air Material” que alcanza nuevos niveles de reducción, abstracción y conceptualización. Una extensa incursión en la síntesis, el muestreo y el procesamiento a nivel atómico y su Live en Multicanal.

Su música tiene en gran medida raíces muy profundas en lo ancestral, lo mítico y lo sublime alcanzando un sonido que va más allá de los paradigmas tratando de encontrar una conexión directa con quien la oye y sigue su concepto, como dice “Soy una sombra, ¡un ser escondido en la oscuridad que busca una conexión con las almas que habitan este mundo y están ahí para escuchar! "

Just to remind you: Błażej Malinowski is one of the most recognizable figures of the new wave of Polish techno. With a number of releases for Polish (Minicromusic) as well as foreign (Phorma, Silent Season) labels, he became renowned for his ability to balance the experimental and functional/dancefloor aspects of techno music.
The latter especialy applies to this Deep Impact podcast - from dubby, spacious intro, at a steady and relentless pace it's gaining energy and roughness while keeping it precise and minimalistic.

Hydrangea is a young French producer having begun the production at the beginning of 2014.
Before that, she built up to itself a wide musical culture, in particular in the universe of the Techno.
Strongly inspired by the nature and the tribal cultures, it's Italian artists like Voices From The Lake, Dino Sabatini, Luigi Tozzi and many others who influenced her a lot to take this direction in her musical universe.
She has already made releases on labels such as Two & Two, Hypnotic Landscapes, Annulled Music and recently Silent Season.
Of dreamy and shy nature, the musical production allows her to retranscribe her moods of the best manners by improving constantly in the course of its productions.

Ginger Vag is the production alias of Panagiotopoulou Evagelia, born & raised in Greece in the late 70s. 
Being a passionated music lover in her whole life, she has a large variety of music influence and a music culture in depth.
Addicted to electronic music, she started mixing for the experience & to discover all the emotional intelligence behind a mix. 
Being hard for her to reach an end in this endless love, that's how she started producing and she's finally proceed in her first release 'Teaser' in July of 2014, 
as an independent name-your-price track in BandCamp platform.
Ginger Vag's debut 'Diamonds' EP was out in March of 2015 by Werkstatt Recordings Label, characterized as an eccentric compilation of quality electronica, 
with smooth bass, deep tech, dub and tribal drops, bonded all together in an experimental atmospheric and electrified cloud.

Every podcast compiled & mixed by Ginger Vag has a story to tell. 'Warriors' podcast idea was conceived after a long trip she had in Scandinavia from South to North.
Fjords, glaciers, Baltic Sea & Vikings were her main inspiration to compile a mix to represent mostly artists originating in North.
Her desire was when someone comes to listen to it to be encircled by eternal mountains, unmelted snows & frozen waters.
Apart from the ambience of the selected tracks, she also searched for natural & wild percussions within the tracks that would put listeners in a war mood.
One of the main artists she came across is Swedish Ulf Soderberg, whose unique productions talks about sunken cities, fallen towers, overgrown ruins & forbidden Gods. 
His one of a kind dark eerie soundscapes and ritualistic drums, are combined with his own field recordings from places like Iceland, gloomy Nordic forests & deep forgotten catacombs.
Podcast was mixed in her home studio using Traktor. After that, 'Warriors' intro durated about 10 minutes was built upon the mix with Ableton Live by her brother, sound designer & producer Endov Lane
and finally, the mix had a bit of a mastering process with Sound Forge.

These are her words to every listener :

'' Every single day is a very hard battle for every single one.
The most powerful weapon we can be is to become an instrument of inner Peace.
This mix is inspired by the Vikings but, it is dedicated to everyday WARRIORS.

The 199th episode of our weekly Global Vibe Radio mix series sees us invite Japanese techno mastermind IORI.

A DJ/producer from Okinawa, Japan, now based in Tokyo IORI's musical career started up in Naha, Okinawa in the late 90s. He went to New York in 2003, where he cut his teeth at David Mancuso’s revered party, The Loft, before later on heading back to Japan via Berlin, settling in Tokyo and becoming an omnipresent and leading figure of the local techno scene. IORI is famed in both Japan and stages around the world at the present, thanks to a sound that is deeply influenced by True Deep house, Manuel Gottsching, Moritz Von Oswald, and Basic Channel, which explains why Iori does not only present sets ranging from House to Techno but is also proficient in alternative deep sets.

Characterised by heavy and bouncy rhythms , grand atmospheric synth layers, and deep rolling basslines, IORI has already established his unique sound in the European techno circuit, with releases on Svreca's Semantica, the Dutch Field Records imprint, Mike Parker's Prologue, Phonica White, Britta and many more.

Pattrn, co-founder of FTRSND collective, a Brussels Electronic Marathon festival, as well as Initiate, an event concept. 

He’s a multi talented artist, who started his musical journey at the age of 4, playing the violin. He studied acousmatic music composition at Mons Conservatory and sound engineering at SAE institute Brussels. He has worked at Fuse club as sound engineer and later has been working as head booker there. 

Since the early ages he has always been attracted by knobs and ropes. It was pretty logical he ended up patching and twisting modular synthesizers and drum machines. He uses his many talents and exceptional ear to create a unique atmosphere during his sets, fueled by the energy the audience gives him. Tireless, he packs a load of power in his sets!

Piotr was born in 1987 in the Polish city of Olsztyn. @meszkov is his project since 2001 with which he began his adventure in the Techno/Electronic music world. Capable of creating captivating selections in deep techno, ambient as well as industrial techno, he has been the guest of many recognised podcast series around the globe. Engaged in the local scene, he recently established a series called Akurat events in his hometown Olsztyn and is a moderator of the Elektroniczny Olsztyn facebook group. In the season leaves should love,
since it gives them leave to move
through the wind, towards the ground
they were watching while they hung,
legend says there is a seam
stitching darkness like a name.

Now when dying grasses veil
earth from the sky in one last pale
wave, as autumn dies to bring
winter back, and then the spring,
we who die ourselves can peel
back another kind of veil
that hangs among us like thick smoke.

Tonight at last I feel it shake.

I feel the nights stretching away
thousands long behind the days,
till they reach the darkness where
all of me is ancestor.

I turn my hand and feel a touch
move with me, and when I brush
my young mind across another,
I have met my mother's mother.

Sure as footsteps in my waiting
self, I find her, and she brings
arms having answers for me,
intimate, a waiting bounty.
