Sascha Dive steps up on remix duties and strips things back. Pushing the drums loud and bringing the musicality down, gives this a stompy heads down vibe, before adding squelchy musicality and bringing the pads to shine through beautifully. Glenn Underground needs little introduction. Raised on disco classics and freeform jazz on Chicago’s southside and taking cues from deep house pioneers Larry Heard, Ron Hardy and Lil’ Louis, Glenn Underground has built a formidable catalogue of soulful, deep house records for labels such as Casual, Prescription, Peacefrog and his own Strictly Jaz Unit. He turns in a deeply musical rework of Nobody Like U — the Dancer’s Cielo mix — that steadily evolves over its six minute runtime. It takes several harmonic twists and turns, showcasing both Glenn’s skill as a keyboard and bass player and his ear for Mizell-inspired arrangements.

Nick and Greg are childhood friends from Minneapolis who relocated to New York to pursue their love for music. An interpretation of 'rain (all day)' premiered in September 12, 2011, as part of 'TimePiece', a large-scale work composed by Greg and his father Stephen Paulus and performed by the Minnesota Orchestra as part of the opening program of the Orchestra's 109th season. The piece received much acclaim will be commissioned for future performances in the USA.
