She presents a mix reflecting of what she currently adores in club music with some of her favourite artists, fresh discoveries and mostly new releases. The motto, for now and for long: stay fluid.

A mixtape drawing together contributions from friends around the world, including folks running independent record labels, record producers, poets, community radio producers, musicians and others. 

All these tracks were recorded directly, drawn from community radio producers and collected directly from the artists, or through direct communication with some independent record labels. All the works were pulled together with the intention of sharing a mix that can point in a tiny way to the depth of different artistic and activist voices from around the world who have Palestine in their hearts.

Palestine at the heart of it all

Alienationist descends into the abyss of what we naively call the self — only to expose its greatest lie: that it was ever self-contained. Like a vessel, it is shaped by what flows through it—data, surveillance, blurry memories.

Blurring the lines between club resonance and poetic introspection, the Berlin-based artist fuses breakbeats, drones, and spoken word. Poems intertwine with pulsing 100 BPM rhythms and ambient textures, creating a sardonic dance between person and avatar. Glitchy beats and spectral drones reflect our fractured, hyperlinked identities. Is it a critique or a celebration of our hyperconnected era? Probably both. LOL.

The EP unfolds in two parts: Echoes [out on May 30th] captures the external gaze—surveillance, digital traces, and the self sculpted by observation. Fragments [out on July 1st] drifts into the unseen—digital ghosts, the seeming banality of mundane privacy when no one is watching. Where does the self end and the algorithm begin?

*PREMIERE* Alienationist - In The Subway

Before the new metro in Lausanne was finished in 2008, Patricia Bosshard asked the reponsible people at TL (Public Transport Lausanne) to compose the metro station jingles. Together with sound engineer David Scrufari they recorded local sounds and sound environments and produced the short pieces. The station announcements were spoken by Renato Häusler, who shouts the hours from the cathedral tower in four directions since 2002 (a tradition that goes back to 1405, originally to alarm the people of fire, nowadays announcing the hours between 22h-2h).
