Beginning in the womb and continuing forever forward, the beat bonds us. Courtnee Roze- bandleader, producer, lyricist, writer, and percussionist - honors rhythm's place at the heart of the human experience and employs the drum as a life force. She transforms the elemental instrument in thoroughly modern ways: playing with meter and layering monologue, dance, and African sonic landscapes. Free from the constraints of genre, Roze and her percussion-driven collective are creating a culture of their own,   A djembe and conga virtuoso, Roze has been a student of percussion since she was seven years old. She Keeps her finger on the pulse, by regularly leading workshops and classes for young musicians in New York City and internationally. Roze's catalogue of collaborators includes Alicia Keys, Beyoncé, Cirque du Soleil, J. Cole, and Tony Award-winner Lachanze (The Color Purple). She  has performed on storied stages from grand (Carnegie Hall and The Apollo Theater) to intimate (Joe's Pub and National Sawdust) to cutting - edge (Afropunk Brooklyn's main stage, where she opened for Solange). In 2015, Roze was awarded a theater residency at Philadelphia's Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts, where she recently returned for a sold- out series of performances. If kAui [Kuh-why] means “Keeper of God’s Earth” then the earth was meant to flow with music infused with the sounds of, infinitely, everything. The multidisciplinary artist, kAui was meant to be the keeper of that flow. “All music is R&B. All ​​is rhythm and blues.”, says the Queens, New York native, who is a third generation singer/songwriter/music producer whose musical pedigree spans a wide range of sonics and genres.

kAui was fed a generous diet of music as he grew into a young man, and listened to everything under the sun that caught his ear. kAui has lent his writing and producing talents to the likes of Timbaland, Ryan Leslie, FOX’s Empire, HBO Max's Hacks and many more. The mark of an artist is his or her ability to paint those vulnerable and sensational moments of their own experiences. “My music is boundless”, says kAui when asked to describe his sound, “I’m always aiming to take listeners on a multi-dimensional journey with my music.” With his passionate voice, raw silk expression and unbound potential, kAui shows maturity his contemporaries have yet to attain. The singer/songwriter/producer is truly in a league of his own.
