Edward is the only one who matters. He was the first character, after all. 

When you have limited screen time so your theme has to play faster to make room for new merchandising characters.

I posted this on Twitter a few years ago, and someone recently wanted me to upload it. So here it is!

There are some changes to it, but not a lot. There is also a bonus theme at the end which I made a short while ago.

Here is a 'Series 2' of Thomas remix of the opening theme from TUGS' Up River episode. Giving credit where it's due, the project file was originally Leo's and the percussion is still is but I recomposed all the rest into the TUGS music.

The Up River Opening Theme - TUGS (Thomas Mix)

My next track in the Sudrian Sounds collection is my 2020 remake of Edward The Blue Engine’s theme from Thomas The Tank Engine & Friends. As per my original arrangement of this song, as seen on my YouTube channel, this theme has a folk/pop/country/bluegrass sort of sound, incorporating acoustic guitars, banjo, double bass and minimal drums to give a slightly different than normal version of everyone’s favourite no.2 engine theme tune. The melody line is performed with a xylophone sound, which unintentionally makes the music sound a bit like something you’d find backing a ‘20 life hacks you need in your life RIGHT NOW!’ kind of video, but ah well!
