The High Court yesterday appointed Stephen Tennant and Michael McAteer of Grant Thornton as  joint provisional liquidators to the haulage firm in the Republic of Ireland, 

Its business in Northern Ireland has been put into administration.

Former billionaire Sean Quinn is to serve nine-weeks in Mountjoy prison for contempt of court orders put in place to stop assets being moved beyond the reach of the former Anglo Irish Bank.
